Not much not to like. The property is a little older, with some wear showing on things like flooring and blinds. Didn’t bother me, but if you want all shiny and new, it may not be for you.

Great location between Surfer’s and Broadbeach, very close to the beach and tram. Staff were a super friendly family. Unit is very well equipped to do a bit of your own catering, laundry etc. Nice pool and spa with the spa heated.

The location was great. But most of all the Host Lillian and the other manager (sorry I forgot her name) were just so accomodating and friendly and they definitely made the stay that much better.

The drapes were fine but the tracks don't run smoothly and difficult to move, hooks missing, therefore did not hang properly. Carpet looked like it needed a clean especially in the living area.

What I did like was Lilian the manager, very friendly, her willingness to please was exceptional. Thank you Lilian.🌸 Close to the beach, and the view to the ocean.

The place was really dusty - specifically the fans. Also wasn’t aware that the room was through reception which felt a bit weird every time we walked in looking at the entry cameras. This needs to be stated in the booking form

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner as there was a remanance of the previous tenant left behind. Central AC would have been nice, but the current AC was sufficient. The walls are also a bit paper-thin.

It was within good walking distance from the beach and the local tram to the city. The pool and rooms were nice and full of character

Parking exit key fob location and operating was a bit of a challenge.

Top floor with Sea view balcony. Just around 150 steps to the beach. Small pool and spa. Convenient location. Not too much traffic.

The apartment was a lil dated and could have used a thorough clean. The place was quite dusty & amenities didn't really feel clean upon arrival - I was a little underwhelmed considering how much I paid to stay, however, I was there at an expensive time of year I guess. Would still stay again.

Location was great, Lillian was lovely & helpful - the apartment had everything you needed. Sheets were clean, bed was comfy. Pool was also very lovely & well maintained.

We had several issues with the cleanliness of our apartment which was disappointing and there were some maintenance-repair issues which were attended to quite promptly. If not for these issues we would have provided a higher rating.

The Manager Lilian was lovely and very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was a good size, ideal for a family of four with two good bedrooms, a large kitchen, two bathrooms and a nice balcony. The apartment had partial beach views with great views of the surrounding area. The building was located 100m from the patrolled beach and only a short drive to shopping and dining precincts. The building also had secure underground parking and good security throughout. The kids loved the pool and spa. It's not 5 star but for a beachside holiday, it suited us just fine.

Room wasn’t clean when we arrived as there was sand throughout all of the house, had to vacuum when we arrived. Both shower head sprayed in all different directions and hot water didn’t last.

There were not enough toilet rolls for our stay. I did call and leave a message but didn't receive a response. Also, my husband was stuck in the lift for more than half an hour. The good thing was the technician came within an hour on Christmas day!

Location was excellent, the property manager was quite helpful too.

Shower. Pressure was bad and had to wait for hot water for a while. However sink tap had so much pressure and hot water. Old lift broke down and luckily we were on level 1.

Closeness to Beach. It was fantastic. Closeness to shops. We walked to circle on cavill easily through walkway adjacent to beach..

Great location. Our two bedroom apartment was modern and fresh. Close to the beach and a short walk to the tram station. Property manager super friendly and very helpful in providing information about activities to do and places to go/places to eat. Felt like our home away from home.
