This was my third visit, and it just keeps getting better! I was excited to experience one of their recently updated rooms—and it didn’t disappoint. The space was modern, super clean, and incredibly spacious (as always), with a comfy king bed and an amazing spa bath—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better—just seconds from cafes, restaurants, and the beach. It’s the ideal base for discovering all the Great Ocean Road has to offer. Whether you're a couple on a getaway or a solo traveller needing a reset, this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be back again!

Nothing. A little quiet in the bar and restaurant, but it is out of season. Actually nice to chill after some of the long days. We were there for two nights.

Nice people, all looking for ways to be more helpful. Nice updated room, only 7 on the property, but nice little restaurant and bar, intimate, but a good lively pub 100 yards away with locals and tourists mixing and a few alternative restaurants in the village. Near the end of the Great Ocean Road, but good place for access to the Apostles and maybe Warrnambool for whale watching just 50km further on, July thru October as they migrate to the west.

Just for awareness only, there are stairs up to the King Suite. You can of course ask request a ground floor room if you prefer should one be available at time of booking. I expect Port Campbell gets very busy in the high tourist season as it is so close to the main attractions on the Great Ocean Road. Quality accommodation such as the Waves would no doubt book out quickly.

We arrived in Port Campbell to a warm welcome from Heidi's husband who with Heidi manages the Waves Luxury Suites. We stayed in the King Room that overlooked the car park [ the accommodation does provide off street parking]. The location is central to town with an easy walk to the beach, cafes etc. The room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was satellite TV which meant we could tune into channels all over Australia. Bed was very comfortable and tea and coffee making facilities provided. If seeing all the glorious sites on the Great Ocean Road, would recommend you visit the Tourist Information Centre just around the corner from the Waves Suites for maps and suggestions what to see and when.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the town so we could walk to all restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious and very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay seamless. The room also had a gorgeous view of the ocean! The staff were most obliging and we were personally shown to our room. The bed was new and it was the most comfortable of all we have experienced on our trip so far. I would highly recommend Waves Luxury Suites.

Shower and TV is a tad dated but worked perfectly fine. The carpark is a bit tight so you need to be very mindful of surroundings when parking.
