The staff were friendly, checked with us to confirm our checkin time, provided some great local advice on places to eat and when had an issue checking out they were responsive. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more spacious than expected in the living area. Location couldn't get much better being across the road from the beach with great views.

Best location for a wonderful view, close to town and great food (Amici Restaurant, The Pasty Lab & Happy Turtle Cafe) the room was clean and everything you need was there. Staff friendly and informative. Comfortable beds and furniture to watch the world go by with those views.

We stayed on first level western side 2 bedroom unit. Very large, modern, recently refurbished, excellent comfy furniture, excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Easy access carpark and visitors space. Manager's were great people, very friendlly and welcoming. Excellent location to beaches and shops.

The unit we stayed in was a bit dated, a graceful old girl showing her age.

What a location! It's close to everything, and you can walk to good restaurants and cafes. The beach walks are wonderful, but a bit too cold for us to swim. There is a view like no other, and the full moon coming up over the ocean is a wow factor plus.

The apartment was a little dated. The shower needs the door replacing as mould was growing inside the glass door. The double bed was a bit uncomfortable. My wife ended up sleeping on a single bed in the second bedroom. We both woke in the morning with sore backs. The building lift was a bit slow and worryingly clunky. In the morning, it was very noisy outside with trucks and other noises (this of course is beyond the control of the apartment owners.)

The views from the balcony were excellent. The layout of the apartment was very practicable. The utensils supplied were quite adequate for longer than the two days we stayed. The supplied linen was clean and crisp. The location was great within walking distance to many good restaurants and near an amazing coffee and pastry shop.

Perfect location, a much bigger apartment than I expected with everything you could need, comfy beds, strong showers (so nice!), a washing machine and tumbler, well equipped kitchen, and most of all, super lovely and helpful managers. I travelled with my two kids and Ella and Jason really made our stay!

The only problem we encountered was the resort being on the corner of a fairly busy road and fumes from the traffic came into our unit.

We loved the unit. It was so comfortable and the owners so friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that the 2nd bedroom did not have air con or a ceiling fan. It was impossible for our son to sleep in there during December, even with a pedestal fan. We had to move his bed to the lounge. That is the only downside. Everything else was perfect. I will check the air cons in other rooms before I book next time. Cheers.

Parking in the basement was a bit awkward in the corner but I got used to it.

The location was fantastic. Two bedrooms and bathrooms were great for family members. Very clean unit and comfortable furniture. Nice view of the water and lovely seabreeze. Basement remote key super convenient.
