Everything could be freshened up and basic maintenance of the property can go a long way. Grass was over grown and pool had dirt in the bottom of it. Pathway to the room was a tripping hazard with bushes over grown in the way. The driveway into the property was not maintained, very skinny with broken gravel and pot holes. The villa was what I expected based of the other reviews. Clean enough, pretty outdated bathroom and furnishings. Holes in the towels with discolouration and peeling paint in shower. Outside light beams through the ceiling windows at night with no option to turn it off. Balcony is locked with a key that guests don’t have access to. Outdated kitchen appliances although we didn’t utilise the kitchen.

Bed was comfortable and room seemed clean enough. Was easy to check in and check out with parking right out the front of the room. Was quiet and good location for us. Had the aircon on when we arrived which was great. Clear and prompt communication regarding check in and check out instructions. Price wasn’t too bad especially for the vineyards. Only stayed for one night and the accommodation did the job. Wouldn’t stay for an extended time due to the state of the property.

They place is very run down on the outside. Its outdated. It Did what it was supposed to do.

Place was not well maintained. Sofa bed was really dirty and wasn't cleaned properly. Dog hair was found all over it. when moved to make the bed, rubbish under the sofa. Not enough tissue papers.

The property is very tired. The bathroom towels should be replaced. The electric blanket only worked on one side of the bed. The blanket was vintage. The outdoor spaces are underwhelming. We didn't expect much, and probably weren't disappointed because of our initial low expectations.

The location was central for OUR needs. We would stay again, but only because of that. The kitchen had enough equipment to enable a cooked meal. The bed was comfy enough. The sheets were clean.

The whole property in general is slightly run down and could do with a makeover. Staff are offsite.

A great quiet location with a lovely view. Liked the fact that you had a kitchen to make your own dinner/breakfast.

No Foxtel. Rooms had no separating roof. Pool was a bit dirty. Place looked a little tired.

Bathroom roof was very low and dated, and you hit your head on the bench above the wash basin if you weren't careful brushing your teeth, TV was difficult to get reception until we set some streaming box thing to bluetooth (instructions would have been nice). Oh, the shower head was quite low and would not work for people taller than me (5'10"). The balcony doors to the patio wouldn't open as they were key-locked and we couldn't find a key anywhere.

Quite spacious inside, nice rural outlook over the bush, air-con was fine, kitchen was quite open and airy though we didn't really use it, bed was okay but maybe a little soft in the middle.

Run down, paint peeling off painted tiles in shower. Outside definitely in need of tidy up. .

Location, good sized accommodation for weekend stay, bed comfy. Place inside neat and clean.

We were expecting rustic/basic from the photos and price but the place looked almost abandoned. The cabin needed a good clean - featuring the previous guests' discarded/half-empty shower gel and shampoo bottles on the ledge in the bathroom, dust/crap and dead flies on surfaces, slightly tacky floor and a tea pot on the shelf in the "kitchen" coated in grease and dust. Linen was clean but mattress was too firm. Bedroom walls didn't reach the ceiling (although it allowed the air con to circulate). High windows above the door and main bedroom let in the light from the external light which we could not switch off. External grounds were not maintained or tidy at all with crap lying around. "contact less check in" meant we did not see staff at all.

Good spot, handy to where we needed to be very early the next morning. Fairly quiet.

The bathroom floor of the loft is in need of major renovation. When the shower is in use, the entire bathroom floor gets wet because it isn’t draining towards the waste (inadequate fall.) This is actually causing the bedroom floor to have water damage. Swelling of the floorboards indicate that there is already likely to be mould in the flooring. It is very difficult uncomfortable to use the toilet at any point after the shower has been used, because the whole floor is wet and possibly the toilet. The bathroom floor really should be redone urgently to avoid a very expensive renovation if it is left unmaintained. The ceiling fan is also in need of cleaning as there is a thick layer of dust that has settled on the blades. Dust will be distributed all over the room if anyone uses the ceiling fan. (Luckily we didn’t need to use it.)

The loft room was quaint and unique. It was very cute and was made to feel as homely as possible. It had everything we needed.
