Great location right on the river. Close to shops and restaurants. Great place to stay with our 2 mini schnauzers. Host was very easy to communicate with and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay

Excellent value for money.. perfect for our weekend away with our young adult-teenager sons- right on the river for those who love fishing - unfortunately no fish caught!. Dog friendly. Short drive to cafes & restaurants- if weather was not so inclement we probably could of walked.. Facilities were clean- well equipped kitchen. Generous sized bedrooms with a king bed in the main room. Definately would stay again if in Ballina.

Nothing. It was perfect.

The property was spotlessly clean. The bed was ultra comfortable and the we felt at home from the minute we opened the door. Every amenity was available inside. All shops and services were within a few kilometres of the property. Richard (the owner?) even took the trouble to SMS us after we left to see if we had left a hair product behind and offering to post it to us. We hadn’t but it speaks volumes for his customer service We would like to stay here again if there is a vacancy on August 30/31.

There was nothing I didn't like. Two points...follow the instructions for finding the property carefully and there is a fairly steep set of stairs to the top floor if you have mobility issues.

The property is located directly on the water. The views are stunning from the deck and living area and the main bedroom. You almost feel like you are on a houseboat. The owners also left pantry essentials, lovely toiletries and laundry products making the unit feel very homely. The bedrooms are extremely spacious and having two bathrooms is also a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou.

Nothing. The accommodation and host exceeded expectations - we’d happily book a return stay should we be in the area again and would highly recommend Villa Riviera as a must stay in Ballina. We experienced an unavoidable noise alert from a smoke detector low on battery. The host, Richard, was able to be reached via phone straight away and provided solution to the problem immediately - even attending the premises within 20 mins of our call. We were so appreciative!

An exquisite location where the accomodation suits any type of guest/travel intention. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything - right down to dark make-up wash cloths as well as oil, sauces & spices in the kitchen. The accomodation itself is perfectly situated in Ballina with breathtaking waterfront views and walking distance to anything you may need. The amenities could suit a long term holiday stay for a family.

There were Cockroaches in the house. We saw them in bedrooms and kitchen area

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Riviera. The location was amazing, right on the river with pelicans, terns and even dolphins swimming past. Richard has thought of everything - the house was clean, well stocked, the king sized bed was very comfortable, it was like staying in the owners' own house. It is very close to the CBD, yet very quiet. Communication with the host both before, during and after our stay was excellent. We couldn't recommend this place more highly. Jane and Graham

The lock box was a bit difficult to get the key out of, eventually the whole thing fell apart, at least we got the 🗝. It wasn't a big deal for us but the location is not within a short walking distance to town.

Had everything we needed, comfy beds, awesome riverfront location, lots of extras like cling wrap, tea, coffee, bait, didn't need to bring all the extras you usually need, it was already here, even fishing rods & doggy towels. Would definitely return !

The spectacular view of the lake. We saw dolphins at the back door! The apartment had everything we had at home, even down to spices! Perfect place to stay.
