We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaRoom was a bit old probably due for a refurbish but the location was fantastic. Breakfast was good.
We had a quiet room round the back which was good as the air conditioner was noisy and we were able to turn it off overnight as the room did not get hot. The location was fantastic with lots of restaurants around.

AustraliaI've stayed at this property several times, and unfortunately, the check-in process continues to be frustrating. Every time I check in, there are issues with my booking details. I have to repeatedly remind staff about what is included in my reservation, and even after confirming everything at check-in, I'm asked again at check-out to provide proof of what was included. This has happened on multiple stays and creates unnecessary stress. It would greatly improve the guest experience if the front desk team could review booking details more carefully in advance and ensure consistent communication between check-in and check-out staff.

AustraliaIn house dining dishes etc left in the corridor all day. ( not ours, other rooms) Windows quite externally poor condition which detracted from the so called ocean view. Breakfast facility at Curves was pretty good as was the staff service but the set up of the cool cabinet for fruit,milk,yoghurt and cold cuts was a bottleneck and poorly designed.
Location was why we choose Vibes so that was most satisfactory. Room was good and the bed was very comfortable.
