    Nothing

Cosy cabins with everything you need set amongst nature but close to so many wineries - their restaurant was fantastic food and wine.

No coffee machine supplied as said in description, nights were cool and only 1 spare blanket for 2 queen beds. Water pressure was intermittent and stopped completely for a couple of hours. Rang maintenance but water had righted itself by morning. Cabins could do with a bit of TLC and then they would be perfect.

Location for our concert at Roche Estate, staff were very helpful. Restaurant on property was exceptional.

Older cabins but very comfortable and well appointed. Great location, private and quiet with kangaroos often seen. Short walk to Harkhams for a complimentary wine tasting. We didn’t try their restaurant however the location and view from it looks great.

A bit more attention to detail on the cleaning of the cabin.

Rustic cabin in great central location. Easy check in. Responsive to small issues when needed. So quiet, we loved watching the kangaroos in the wild. Nice pool area. Good value for money.

The cabins are slightly older in terms of decor but this does add to its character

Day 1 free breakfast provided,. Wild kangaroos roam around the plantation in front of our cottage and they do not come close to us, give us a good safety distance to view them. Cottage to cottage distance is good giving us privacy.

Maintenance of the cottages eg. Decking and outdoor furniture broken.

Comfortable and clean bush style cottages. Although quite old, we felt very comfortable there. It is in an excellent location in central Hunter Valley surrounded by wineries and close to the village. We were blessed to have many kangaroos living on the property so we were able to get quite close while they were grazing daily. This property also has a small pool which was a bonus as we were visiting in summer!

Curtains and some of the facilities very dated. Carpet stained, Although on site saying had WiFi, there wasn't any in cabin. We were comfortable but for the money paid would have expected a little more. Property needs some maintenance.

The location and privacy was fabulous. Seeing the kangaroos was amazing.

    Great birthday weekend

Nothing really, but keep and eye on the fridge, as we managed to freeze all our stuff in the main compartment. The setting was too high, so we adjusted this. Wasn't a major problem, as it was only left over food from the day before. No internet, but used our own personal hotspot.

On arrival, saw the welcome note and birthday wishes for my husband, together with a bottle of wine. Very nice touch. When I put our food into the fridge also found a basic breakfast pack, with loaf of bread, milk, juices and several spreads. That was not expected either. Thank you. The cottage was very nice, roomy, A/con already on as it was a VERY hot day, and an overhead fan in the bedroom. When I read the blurb re the accommodation, it said bar fridge. I rang to check what it was and was told it was a little larger than a bar fridge. A lovely surprise it was a fridge with separate freezer. This needs to be amended in the booking.com notes. We need a freezer or freezer box inside a small fridge. It was a very quiet location, as surrounded by open land, not a lot of trees nearby, and kangaroos came to visit each day. There are other cottages, but all well spread out. Bathroom with separate toilet very spacious. There is a laundry sink, if needing to wash any clothes, and a rack to stand outside tor dry the clothes. So no washer or dryer. We didn't need this, and what we had was enough if we needed to rinse anything out. The balcony/deck is on 3 sides of the building, but because of the extreme weather, sadly too hot to sit outside. Would have loved to sit and watch the roos as they grazed. One mum had a large youngster, that kept climbing in and out of her pouch.

While clean and tidy, the cottages are a little tired and in need of maintenance.

Good location and a nice country style one bedroom weatherboard cottage in a rural setting. Fresh bread and milk that was waiting on our arrival was a nice touch. Check in and checkout was easy.
