How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This property is only a 1 minute walk from the Main Street. It was super cozy and the bed was comfortable, along with a modern bathroom and kitchen amenities. The owners were easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Looks very underwhelming from the exterior but once inside it’s a great space with everything needed for a comfortable, private stay. Location was perfect for a short walk to Main Street shops,drinks and dinning. Very clean and comfortable.

Can’t think of a thing I disliked about the property.
So close to restaurants, takeaway places and unique shops to browse. The pictures don’t do the accommodation justice. I stayed in The Treetops Room. A small fully functional kitchen with a descent size fridge. The bed was so comfortable and in the morning I woke to the sound of kookaburra and mist on the mountains from the rooftop balcony. Donia sent updates for check-in and checkout as well as parking, and her communication style was easygoing and informative.

We liked everything. Nothing negative to report.
A beautiful quaint establishment. Wonderful atmosphere upon entering. Very cosy ,comfortable warm and ambient room for a couple to enjoy peace and quiet. It exceeded all of our needs and expectations, and all within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wonderful experience and we will return again soon .

We love this inn and always book the same room. Location is perfect, just around the corner from the main strip of shops/cafes. Room is gorgeous, in beautiful shades of green, bed is cosy and comfy.

The fridge in the room kept me awake at times through the night making short sharp sounds which were hard to ignore when falling asleep and I woke up to them through the night.
Location was outstanding. Checkin was extremely easy. Room was lovely in decor.

Soy milk would have been nice in the fridge. No flexibility around check-out time.
Amazing location. Beautiful place. Spacious. Luxurious. Easy to get in and out. Very comfortable bed, and ideal for insomniacs (quiet, dark blinds, etc).

Nothing not to like
Spacious one bedroom property with everything we needed or could want, stylish, cosy, comfy. Excellent bathroom/shower, great bed, quiet but right in the middle of town with easy access parking beside the building. Received clear instruction for key pick and access. Would recommend to anyone.

Not sure why I was asked to not park in front on Saturday. The church carpark wasn’t full on Sunday morning, then I had to lug all my bags down the street to my car. The only downside to an otherwise relaxing stay.
Clean, comfortable and had everything you could want for a stay - including ground coffee in the fridge! An easy stroll to the main street.
