We stayed in the Cockatoo cabin and the lighting inside when it got dark was very dull. Too dark to read a book with no reading lamps supplied. The step down spa was awkward to get into and out of especially if you have stiff knees. Ensure you put hot water into the spa when filling because it doesn't really heat up much. Also was not aware there was no separate shower area when I booked and had to go into the spa to shower with no shower screen or curtain for privacy.

The view was was amazing. Breakfast hamper was very tasty with what looked like local produce and there was enough food for two adults. Plenty of timber supplied for the wood fire with kindling and fire starters. Bed was quite comfortable. No traffic noise from main road.

Hot water ran out for a bit after using the big outdoor bath and the breakfast hamper wasn’t as good as expected but everything else was incredible and the staff were great, we always want to go back

The hike up the hill to get to the street haha but thats the price you pay for the view. We drove up the next day 😀

Second time I have stayed here and it is always perfect! Such a nice atmosphere running the fire in the middle of the cabin sitting on the veranda on a crisp morning watching the sunrise! Breakfast provided for the 2 mornings we were there. Bed was very comfortable and cosy, cabin is private! The street that it is situated on is full of wonderful little shops and restaurants you dont need to go anywhere else.

Great 3 night stay and the Cabin was perfect with wonderful views. Loved the sunk in spa bath and the awesome wood burner too. Received a lovely decadent Brownie with Berries, and had a huge breakfast hamper (we couldn't even eat it all). We had such a lovely time, thank you so much.

Except for the rain (which you have no control over) our stay was the best. Your receptionist Annie was more than accommodating with information & suggestions for the area. Loved the breakfast package using the local products.

The location is perfect, the views are great and very relaxing. The room was very comfortable and contained everything that we required. The breakfast was very good. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

Being super picky on this one, not having a smart TV. Rained a bit while we were there, so not as much sightseeing and getting out. Again, super picky didn't bother us. If you're getting away for a weekend, it should not be an issue.

Staff were great upon arrival to reception. Cabin was great the the views surrounding the cabin were exceptional. Although the weather wasn't perfect the whole time we were there, what we did get was amazing. Right on the edge of the township but far enough to not hear a thing.

Highlight of our 8-day road trip around Sunshine Coast. Easy check in. Beautiful accommodation. Clean, beautiful views, breakfast hamper was over and above, spa bath amazing, bed sooooo comfortable, close to shops and restaurants. Loved sitting on the deck amongst the trees and birds looking at the views of the bush and coast. Highly recommended!

Everything. Esepcially the comfy bed and fireplace. The hamper was a nice touch and the firewood already available outside the front door.

Lacking in condiments (sauces) and kitchen cooking facilities (no BBQ, stove or stove top; no dishwasher). Lacking in detail- No spa bubbles etc.

Checkout was a little impersonal, when I returned the keys the staff were busy and i was told to leave the keys in the office. No questions of how was your stay, was everything ok etc. More kindling for the fireplace would help get it stared.

The view from the balcony was spectacular, sunrise could be easily seen while lying in bed. The food package was perfect and there was everything you need for the stay. Checkin was great and everything was explained. Once we got the fireplace running it was lovely and warm during our stay which was in Winter.

The bed was quite firm, so best for those who prefer that.

The rooms are beautiful and cosy with TWO different spa options - one outdoor on the deck and another inside the bathroom. The two way fireplace is beautifully placed and makes for a lovely winter getaway. The views and sunrise/sunset are spectacular. Provided breakfast amenities were wonderful with everything you could need in the room

The bright white lightbulbs were very harsh - would prefer warm yellow light

Really cosy and warm in the middle of winter! Loved the wood fireplace and spa bath. The breakfast hamper had everything we needed for a fantastic start to the morning. Comfy bed and lots of space to relax and read. Stunning view
