Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe beds, although comfortable, would roll easily if you are a bigger person who tends to roll in their sleep. The overhead light by the door could not be turned off without taking the keycard out, which then shuts off power to the room, so be prepared to sleep with a light on.
Location is close to Southern Cross Station, making a quick and easy walk to the accommodation. Due to being close to Southern Cross, it is very easy to get to places via public transport. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, rooms are a decent size for the price, though the rolling beds can be a bit annoying if you a bigger person who moves alot in your sleep.

Breakfast buffet, although still very good has been scaled back. Overall, the hotel felt a little different from our previous stays. Shrinkflation.. price up a little and everything else reduced, maybe?
We have stayed at the Travelodge on many occasions. Location to Southern Cross Train Station, tram lines and the CBD is ideal. Hotel has everything you’d expect, is clean, quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast sets you up for the day.
