Very comfortable, clean cottage in a great location, being walking distance to everything in the CBD and opposite a park for the sounds of birds. Great value for money. Nicely appointed kitchen and gas fire worked a treat during a cold blast when it got down to 4 degrees overnight and just 13 degrees by day.

澳洲21 則評語「Broken Hill」Shower, cold water or boiling hot. Very hard to adjust. Ran out of gas, yes gas filled that day, but cold again the next. Think there is a plumbing problem. Clothes dryer wouldn't start. Oven took forever to heat. It is not the renters responsibility to make sure ALL appliances are working. No coffee machine, just a coffee plunger.
Convenient location, nicely set out.

Easy walk into town. The property had good amenities including a gas heater which was very effective in warming the cottage when we stayed. Interesting artwork which was enjoyable to see.

澳洲19 則評語「Overall very happy with our stay and would choose it again !」We stayed in a heatwave so the evaporative air cooling struggled in the bedrooms. However the fans provided helped a lot.
Everything was well laid out for a property of this kind in Broken Hill. We found the location to be excellent , and the townhouse had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Spacious two bedroom setup and comfy lounge room. We enjoyed having WiFi and being able to steam our usual fave TV.

澳洲1 則評語傑出It really was a beautiful place. Went for our 10yr anniversary and it did not disappoint. Almost secluded yet its not. Honestly we'll be back. The house was perfect and communication with Jay was always prompt and accommodating. My favourite thing was sitting out the back enjoying the serenity and admiring the fantastic artwork on the walls. Would 10 out of 10 recommend 🌻

We loved everything about it, the art displayed a highlight. The epilog to celebrations was a brief rendition of 'ragtime piano' from 22yo family member on the unexpected but wonderful piano at Townhouse 3.

澳洲4 則評語「A good place to stay if visiting Broken Hill」Unfortunately my stay was marred by power cuts on two of the three days I stayed. I know this was out of the owner’s control, of course. I found it a little strange that there was no contact from the owner or a caretaker during this time. There were signs that cleaning had not always been carried out well.
