Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the beginning of the mid 2025 mini Ice Age! Heating options (2 x reverse cycle a/c) battled hard but the unseasonal weather did leave us a little chilly. We were very glad of the very warm extra blankets provided.
Well located to shops, restaurants and sights. Secure rear parking - rear patio would be great for evening drink.

Everything was great, no negatives
Gorgeous, stylish house, beautifully presented. Incredibly comfortable, plenty of space, beds were so warm and comfortable. The couches were also very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. New and nice and the house smelt amazing too! Coffee machine with pods provided. Just a really lovely home.

We loved Tilleys Townhouse! Stylish, comfortable and spotless! A truly lovely home - you won't be disappointed! A short walk to town and 2 minute walk to Coles. The host is super responsive and easy to communicate with. Huge rear yard with covered areas. Quiet and secure.

There is nothing to fault at this lovely holiday home.
The check in process was so easy. The host had given us instructions on how to enter before we arrived and everything was exactly as our host had told us it would be. The house is just lovely and the host has thought of everything. A great coffee machine, protected parking, a lovely back yard and bbq area. There is a wonderful butcher shop two doors down and a shopping centre within walking distance. We loved our stay and next time we are in Broken Hill we will be staying at Tilly’s again.

Tilly’s townhouse was beautiful. Everything was catered for, it was tasteful, spacious and lovely. I would love to return and have no hesitation in recommending it. We walked everywhere and enjoyed returning “home”. A very love place. Great outdoor area and great bathroom.

The Townhouse is perfectly located near supermarkets, and walking distance from the main shopping strip. Everything is immaculate and felt brand new, very luxurious. More homely than a motel, this house is also well equipped with huge bathroom, full kitchen and lounge, as well as entertaining area outside, not to mention a secure car port too!

We were so surprised by the high standard of the house and the facilities, Clearly the house had been renovated recently and was very modern and up to date. All the extras such as coffee, linen/towels and soaps etc were excellent. Add to this the access to TV programs (Fetch) and Wi Fi made our stay most pleasant.
