Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is great. Easy to walk to the train and tram line. The room was spacious with lovely decor. Beautiful pub next door and lots of great restaurants around.

AustraliaThe pillows were not comfortable. The size of the shower made it difficult to wash. The above floor movements were disruptive as the floor boards creaked above. It felt very rundown and needs to be looked after - finger prints everywhere throughout the lobby / lifts.
Loved the history of the building and location was central to the offerings of the city..

The room was large, old style but beautifully decorated and renovated. Bathroom very functional, being old style still very operational and satisfactory (seems trivial, but after staying at caravan parks for a month in July, the quality of the toilet paper much appreciated) I loved the big spacious grand hallways and foyer, and our room, 114, perfectly positioned to the lift and ground floor. I have stayed at the Windsor many years ago, and it was the perfect location to Rod Laver Arena for the Keith Urban show, which we easily walked to and back again. I think the best value I can see without looking too much, as location was important. Look forward to staying again. I think parking charge is excessive (I didn't park car there, and because I have restricted nutrition inputs, didn't consider the $70 breakfast charge, but it would be good to have a few levels of breakfast options, (e.g. Continental, senior size, non cooked etc) Regards Rod Wood

AustraliaThere actually happened to be some type of art exhibition at the hotel that I wasn’t aware of . Rooms on my floor , as in right next to me were used as display rooms . This means a heap of people hanging around basically my door . Can’t say I was a fan and didn’t rate the idea of doing an exhibition this way . If I’d known earlier probably might not of stayed .
In a great location close to cafe and nice to have a bar in the hotel .
