Room decor is a bit dated but about to be renovated. Bed was a little too firm for my liking.

Lovely friendly and helpful management. Room was clean and spacious and good shower with little extras provided like shampoos and shower cap. Good location. We could have walked into town except the weather was freezing. Lovely warm and quiet aircon in room.

One room stunk of smoke, so swapped rooms. One room had a very noisy AC unit.

Better security is needed on the doors. Chain lock or bar added would be perfect. Our front door came unhinged over night and was actually ajar in the morning.

Stayed here 2 years in a row. No dramas, close to town, easy walk. Free courtesy bus to and from the RSL is a bonus.

Didn't like the toilet seat in number 8 because it sqeaked and made Sounds like a frog, LOL. It was a little uncomfortable, Suggest a change of toilet seat. Did not like the continual open screen for the bathroom window, especially with the freezing conditions.

The bed was big, comfortable, and warm. The air-conditioning was an excellent 👌lovely warm shower. Rajah was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying with you again in the near future. Stanthorpe is a beautiful town.

Main reason we booked was the Restaurant on site. However that was false advertising. Their restaurant has been closed for quite a while. If we had known that we would have booked a Motel actually in the town centre and therefore closer to Hotels, restaurants etc. Also advertised Electric Blankets. These were not supplied either.

The bathroom window opened to the carpark and walk way to reception on ground floor so sometimes you could hear people arriving/ leaving. There were only teaspoons, no other cutlery available in room.

It was spacious room, comfortable bed, not too busy, just right for an overnight mid-week stay. The desk and chairs was great as I could do my writing there and also lovely outside table and chairs looking over to the main road and visitors information center, but quiet town not too noisy. Reception staff friendly. Happy they had a kettle and microwave.

There were some parts that could do with a good clean, like the window above the stove, the window sill was very greasy & the window was dirty from possibly cooking. Some cups had brown rings in the bottom of them. Only one teaspoon in all the cutlery. The bed we slept in opposite the lounge room for me was a bit to hard

Room description stated that we could prepare meals and there was a toaster and microwave. While there was a toaster and microwave, there was no cutlery (apart from teaspoons) and no plates or bowls. This was disappointing as we brought supplies for breakfast but had no plates or suitable cutlery. Photos also showed a kitchen sink but there was none.

Property was very clean. Great location, short walk to eateries and shops.

Comfortable motel room just across the river within walking distance into town. I would stay here again, very economical for Stanthorpe.
