It was a little tricky finding the property in the dark as the road you turn off is very busy and you can only see the sign for the accommodation once in the driveway. A new electric fry pan would be handy in the kitchen as it was a bit wet to BBQ!

Lovely setting overlooking the property, rainforest and ocean in the distance. Convenient location between Avoca and Terrigal. Spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/dining and bedroom room plus bathroom. The weather prevented us from exploring the property so it would be nice to visit again. Sarndie was very responsive when there was a slight glitch opening the front gate. Easy check out.

Nice open quiet space to relax and was close to all local amenities. Bernie the dog was very cute and playful. Getting up close with the horses was also a great experience.

Property is a great location between being right within the bush to having the beach a 4 minute drive away. Having the best of both worlds. It was a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay the pool was amazing and the owners are very nice and respect your privacy. Recommend highly.

It was perfect for a couple who wanted to relax in privacy. The pool was so beautiful and great to have there on a couple of hot days we had there and the bbq was a bonus staying in and eating and enjoying the facilities and tranquil surroundings

I had a wonderful experience at the outlook Cabana, The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view from my balcony. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The outlook cabana is an exceptionally beautiful location, the cabana has everything that you could need, the bed is super comfortable. The view is amazing you can see the ocean the property has a gorgeous pool a dam and beautiful horses to watch on the property. The owners are amazing very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay there again just a stunning place. Didn't want to go home.

There was nothing worthy of making a complaint or leaving a bad review about. However, there was only one towel in the bathroom on arrival and no floor mat, so we made do with the beach towels (and others were delivered to the door the next day). The kitchen bin was not emptied on arrival (thankfully only a couple of cardboard packages). I may have missed it, but there was no mention of Bernie on the website. As someone afraid of dogs, I was very anxious to read how large the dog was and that there was a chance she would jump and nip. We didn't meet Bernie, but I was petrified at the thought, although I'm sure she is a lovely animal.

Loved the villa and the outlook. We did not speak with anyone else there, and only saw one other person in a car, which was great. The decor was beautiful and good quality, and the kitchen was exceptionally equipped with cutlery, plates and glassware.

Leaving

It felt like stepping into another world. I loved waking to views of the horses and in the evenings feeling comforted by the beautiful trees and rainforest setting I only wish I’d had more time to make use of the gorgeous bbq garden setting I’ll definitely be going back to the Cabana with someone special! As a solo traveler, I was very appreciative of Sarndies assistance - a lovely host indeed
