Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaAir conditioning had a moldy/wet smell. Bathroom was really fancy but probably not the most practical design to move around in - the water went everywhere during a shower. Room facing main road was really noisy. First world problems lol.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and cozy. Bathroom products and other amenities provided were of good quality. Hotel is just across the road from Woolworths and a short walk to other eateries - super convenient.

AustraliaThe shower leaked under the door, so I put and extra towel down there. Not enough shelving in the bathroom for ladies make-up and toiletries. The safe did not lock easily. The Ironing board cover needs replacing. A Microwave would have been handy to heat meals as no Dinning in the evening, only breakfast. Lots of restaurants and cafes very close by, as well as supermarket, chemist, bottle shop, clothing and shoe stores etc. All that you need really.
