Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaUnfortunately you had to use a key box entry to access the property and, as we didn’t get in until quite late, it was a little difficult to use. The access from the car park to the rooms was down a few stairs. Not a problem but not a very salubrious entry to really lovely rooms.
The size of the rooms was outstanding as were the bathroom facilities. Our stay was quiet and super comfortable. Mundaring Hotel was a 5 min drive up the road.

AustriaThe check-in process is fully automated and the instructions to get in were a little sloppy as they forgot to clarify that you would not have to push a certain button on the lockbox. - I had some issues until I figured that out.
Somewhat recluse location in the woods of the Perth hills but still right next to the Great Eastern Hwy. - Very spacious rooms; terrace would be nice if the noisy forementioned road would not pass right next to it.

Speaking with locals, this bar / bistro has been shut for quite some time, so perhaps remove this from the listing, as it wasn't just shut for a week for renovation, but permanently shut.
