It was a Wednesday night , but I would have thought more people would be enjoying the outdoor patio off of the bar and restaurant

Did not like the shower drain system water kept filling up in the shower and flowing to the outside drain.

It was a little noisy with an 18 & 21 yo birthday party Saturday night on Level 3. Lots of random people in and out the lifts

Extremely clean, staff were very nice 10/10. Plenty of space in the car park, great water pressure in the shower. Excellent location to everything in the Cairns CBD

Breakfast was overpriced and the food choices weren’t that great…plus bar was not open on a Sunday… or any other day than Friday or Saturday… which we found bizarre

Very limited sun umbrellas (2) for the whole pool area, people were putting sun beds right up to the wall to get shade. Given that Australia is the Melanoma capital of the world, I had expected for more shaded areas to be provided around the pool especially as we had a child with us

This hotel is very central, easy walking distance of the harbour and the shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great with good choices. Our room was great but noisy, directly over the bar area which was disappointing as I had emailed the hotel prior to our stay to ask for a quiet room, however the music was only one night of our stay. Fabulous Saxophone 🎷 player on Saturday afternoons for happy hour, really enjoyable on the outside terrace with comfortable seating and shaded areas Friendly helpful staff always happy to help

We stayed midweek. The bar for food and drinks is only open over the weekend. The room was a little pricey for what you got.

Room was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was nice.

The only thing we were surprised about was that the bar and restaurant were only open Friday and Saturday. But really nothing to dislike.

The room is gorgeous. Large tele, large room and 2 of the most comfortable beds we have ever come across in a hotel with pillows to match The bathroom is also outstanding. Modern, great size, good towels and a great mirror. Everything you could need or want in a hotel room!! Very central to eateries, pubs,malls and esplanade . Great pool .

-I arrived before the check-in time but the staff was very nice and accommodating and managed to get me checked in early. -the location is perfect. 10 mins walking to the beach or to the mall so very accessible

Some narrow little stools on the teeeny tiny balcony would help for comfort as otherwise u can only stand out there.

The pool area is fresh and lovely. Beds were super comfy. Our room was on the side that faces gilligans bar so some music sounds to very late which would upset light sleepers.

They only do food Fridays and Saturdays, I arrived on the Thursday and could have done without having to venture out for dinner.

One of the good value hotels, 20m walk to the marina, close to the markets. Clean spacious room. Lovely buffet breakfast. Pool open late and I had it all to myself.

The pool was freezing, we travelled in July. Only 1 washing machine and dryer, both cost $4 in coins each
