The house had heaps of rooms and seating options, The home was clean and tidy with lots of everyday items available for use. easy check in and out. would def recommend for families or friends that are travelling together.

Amazing Host's, very friendly and communication was 10/10. Loved everything about this property. Felt right at home, the energy was beautiful and the location is great. Very spacious with plenty of rooms to accommodate a number of people. Loved the Bbq area and the two tv rooms, one for the adults and one for the kids. Great pool area for the warmer months. Was perfect for our stay on the Sunshine coast :)

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb. The location is unbeatable—just a quick five-minute drive to the ocean, which made it perfect for beach days and sunset strolls. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was warm, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel like a true home away from home. The pool is so private and inviting surrounded by palm trees. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, affordable and convenient getaway at the coast!

The bed pillows were very uncomfortable, way too high, especially for children. There is mould in the house, the kitchen cupboards under the sink and where the dinner plates are kept smells very bad and strongly of mould. The washing machine also has a lot of mould inside around the rubber seal which is not nice when you want to wash your clothes…

Fantastic location, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants if you have a car. House is the perfect layout for a family with two living rooms and ample outdoor space that is fenced in for kids to play. Additional activities like board games, pool toys and PlayStation provided. Kitchen is well equipped with ample cooking basics like salt, oil, cereals provided. Bathrooms a well appointed with plenty of toiletries.

Everything...the ambience of a home, well catered for, first air bnb and was utterly spoilt in comparison to the next one that followed. Kids and adults alike lived in the pool, rain and all.

Sweetbrush Place is an excellent property and we had a fabulous short stay there. The pool was great fun for the kids and grown ups alike, with plenty of outdoor entertaining areas to make use of. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was so incredibly well stocked to help make our stay even more comfortable. Lachlan was a fantastic host and even offered an extended late check out without asking for it which was a nice touch. Thanks Lachlan for allowing us to enjoy your property and have a few relaxing days.

This house is spacious and well equipped with everything you need from pantry items, bathroom amenities and outdoor fun. We were extremely comfortable with 2 families staying. Lachlan was a brilliant host and communicated very well. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing

This property is exceptional. It has everything you need and much much more. The kids loved being able to use the play station in their down time. Every time we thought we should have brought something with us we would look in the cupboards and it was there.

I have a 5mtr long twin cab, just too long to lock in the carport. But the car was secure, being visible through the lounge room window.

The house was perfect 👌 Great layout, perfect for the entire family, including your fur baby. Loved the variety of entertainment choices for kids & parents. Close proximity to Mooloolaba, Kawana & Maroochydore (shopping centres). Nice quiet location. Highly recommend this beautiful holiday home.
