It felt a bit cramped as there was a large breakfast bar that we felt was taking up unnecessary space for an apartment for two people, especially for a holiday let where you don’t need all that cupboard space and work surface. There really wasn’t much room to walk around. Also for somewhere so expensive (it was the most expensive place we stayed in our six weeks away, and not the best) I expected better than cheap wood chip table and coffee table and chipped poor quality crockery.

The property was well equipped and in a good location. There was good communication with the lady from FOLLO who met us and showed us into the property.

Accessibility, convenient location to restaurants, harbour and mall. The apartment was a perfect size for a couple, furnished tastefully, had a lovely well equipped kitchen and laundry with a washer and dryer. Loved the little balcony which could be accessed from either the lounge or bedroom. The block out blinds worked a treat. Also having an allocated parking spot in the underground parking basement at no additional cost was also a bonus was fabulous.

Hosts were helpful and friendly. The unit is fairly new and very well equipped with good quality inclusions. We think it was good value.

Stylish apartment in as new condition. A fabulous location, clean, well supplied with cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. On site parking was great.

Would have been ideal with a coffee pod machine in the rooms. Cafes super close though, so stepping out to get a coffee was also a good choice. Great place to stay!

Honestly, there is nothing not to like. The panel blinds moved in the bedroom blown by the air con in the morning. It let in some light, but I'm not complaining. The door on the fridge requires a bit of muscle sometimes. Again, I'm not complaining. If this is all I can think of to write in the asked for 3+ sentences for what I didn't like, I'm just picking at straws. These things are nothing to complain about.

Ivy met us on the day of our arrival and went through the information with us. She was friendly and it was a good introduction on what/where and how. In a good place for walking to beach - places to eat - shopping. We were there to wind down and take it easy for a week... no problem. Nice Thai restaurant 'Humble' within a 3 minute walk - recommended. Although there is a LOT of construction works going on around the property was quiet.The property is modern - clean - well appointed and provides everything you could want to be self sufficient. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom modern and water pressure great. Washing machine - dryer - parking spot. Tick - Tick - Tick.

Perfect location, easy to get around to all of the things you'd want to see and do in Newcastle Very comfortable furniture and smart TV too. Washer and dryer available, well stocked kitchen if you're self catering and a decent sized balcony which is accessible from the living room and bedroom

the lights didn’t dim properly and started flickering when we tried, the cooling vent in the bedroom didn’t work, the shower had partly detached from the wall,

it was nice and cozy and perfect for our stay and great location and our host ivy was super friendly.
