Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New, large, clean, spacious and modern room. Pretty quiet except that you can hear the neighbouring room when someone flushes the toilet. The bed and pillows are on par with a really premium hotel. The rain shower was wonderful. Parking is so convenient and the suburb is very conveniently located to get around or if you need dining options or the shops. They even have. EV chargers. The only thing the room needs for its price point is a coffee machine.

AustraliaBecause I was on the ground floor people could look directly into the room when the curtains were open. I also didn't like the policy that if the motel had paid money to another visitor for complaints about you, e.g. noise, that would be billed to you. Surely they have insurance for that. I thought it was expensive as there were no on-site facilities i.e. gym, spa, pool, meals.
I liked how close it was to everything I needed e.g. supermarket, club. The parking was free and directly outside the motel on the top floor. The room was clean and modern. It had a microwave and was cleaned every day.
