Poor water pressure in shower & only moderately hot shower water temperature. Couldn’t get TV online. Kitchen bench top (blue grey laminate a bit misaligned to rest of decor - upgrade to stone bench top would better match with rest of apartment)

Views, design & decor. Bi-fold doors opening up to deck with views from the bay to the city. Soft Lightning in bathroom & comfy bed.

Collection of keys was a little tricky but we got there!

Location perfect and views spectacular! Bed was super comfy and apartment was clean and very welcoming.

Everything was great! Only thing we had issue with was the sofa layout a little odd, not being able to watch the tv, but understand it's all about the view for most people.

Great location, very neat and clean property, beautiful views, had everything we needed.

Not a single thing.

Everything! Brilliant apartment, top floor with a balcony with an amazing view of the Melbourne skyline. Super comfortable with everything we needed for our stay, great restaurants nearby & a lovely walk down to the harbour area. Laundry facilities too which was much appreciated!

We wish we stayed longer. For those with mobility issues (or heavy luggage), while there is a lift to the 4th floor, there is also one flight od stairs to climb.

An amazing place to stały in Melbourne. Unless you want to be in the city center, this is the spot to choose. While we did not meet the owner in person, Imen was super helpful and provided us with all the details that made our check-in, stay, and check-out smooth and easy. The apartament is beautiful, spatious, and well-equipped. We appreciated good quality cosmetics in the bathroom and generally the owner's attention to detail. A splendid city skyline view, just perfect for those who prefer to admire big cities while putting some distance between themselves and the crowded city center. Saint Kilda is a very nice place to stay in Melbourne.

The bed and sofa were on the soft side for those preferring more support. A lot of movement in the bed when either moved so sleep a little disturbed. The external stair entrance did not bother us at all, but for those challenged by heights or stairs, perhaps not for you.

Great communication with the host The property is beautiful, with many thoughtful extras throughout, and the views are amazing. Opposite Albert Park - a great walk around the lake.

Nothing, it was perfect

Views were amazing! Very stylish apartment and nicely furnished. Comfortable and has everything you need. Location really good, beach close by and short drive into Melbourne city centre. Would definitely recommend

Wind rattling on hallway window kept us up one night. Only one kitchen bread knife, otherwise kitchen was adequate for a few days stay.

Amazing views. Close to public transport. Close to sea & park. Quiet. Spacious. Nicely designed appointed. Good garage parking. Good communication with property contact.

Terrific apartment , beautifully appointed with the spectacular view as promised. Perfect location A new tv or the ability to cast from your own device would be good, and another comfy chair in the lounge room , so your not fighting for over the one couch

Amazing views from the lovely terrace , well located in cosy St. Kilda. 5 mins walk to Woolworths & BWS, restaurants & pubs, 15 min walk to beachside, beautiful architecture in the neighborhood. Easy access to city center with nearby tram or taxi . The apartment is top floor and part of a nice, quiet building , modern, open plan with all amenities , communication with Imen was top !

Loved it all.

The view was amazing, truly amazing. The apartment is sunny, clean & well appointed. Everything is at your doorstep, but you feel like you are in your own little world. Imen is a great host, helpful, accommodating and clear.

shower water pressure is very weak, needs attention. stairs leading up to the apartment are quite scary if you have a fear of heights.

location was brilliant, short walk to st.kilda beach, cafes, shops, bars & pubs. great views of the melbourne skyline. very clean apartment.

Everything ! our accommodation was beyond exceptional and Imen was so accommodating with an early checkin. What you see is what you get but it so much more!!!!! The view from every area of the apartment is amazing!

Host was readily available for any quesitons. All instructions for arrival and departure were clear. Apartment and its location was ideal for myself.

I loved the Apartment and views My husband wasn’t keen on the outside fire stairs( 21 he said) , good clean lifts to 4 th floor to access. They didn’t worry me though but is only way to access apartment. And the views and apartment is extra special once inside, your own Oasis, i could have moved in🥰

Loved the Location 💕💕 Security Loved the apartment complex “ little Italy “ Clean too The views from this apartment were amazing Clean and all amenities needed. Spent lots of time on the deck, loved the Albert Park opposite and water view, even the Ferris wheel can be seen Woolworths metro nearly opposite side of road, Chemist x2 down the road, lots of eatery’s The Fifth Provincial a great Irish pub , close by🍻 Trams , good access to the city Walking distance to St Kilda esplanade’s , beach , baths✅

Nothing, it's a great place to stay, handy to everything, and the view is so incredible, I wish I didn't have to leave.

Fantastic historical building with a book about it in the property so you can read about the history of the place was a nice touch. Imen was an extremely helpful host and fast with communication when I needed anything. The views over Albert Park to the city and to the harbour were stunning especially at sunset and sunrise. It was so good having a dedicated parking space in the basement. The neighbourhood is fantastic with trams running along Fitzroy Street right outside (not too noisy) and St Kilda Station across the road with a small supermarket there too. The kitchen and laundry were setup well, the apartment was setup like a home away from home, very clean and extremely comfortable.
