Bathroom needed renovation. Cockroaches present every night. No vacuum cleaner in unit. Upon arrival cleaning was poor.

Location was excellent, close to supermarket and public transport. Updated kitchen facilities were OK.

Immediate access to beach and supermarket. Staff were very friendly and attentive to issues presented.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not clean, build up of soap scum on tiles, mould the cleaners need to give it a deep clean not just a wipe over, towels where very thin one had a hole in it!!!

Excellent location, close to shops, supermarket, casino & easy access to buses & trams to take you to amusement parks or other locations on the strip, across from a large park get for kids, pool was great, spa next to pool very relaxing

Unfortunately with the room facing east it was subject to full sunlight from dawn. Blackout curtains would be a great addition to the rooms.

Great location, easy to access Broadbeach facilities and being across the road from the wonderful park and beach it was extra special.

Our room wasn't the cleanest. The oven plates were rusted, the plates we used i had to clean first and some of the fittings had seen better days.

Apartment was overall quite dated and the kitchen was a bit dilapidated. Bed quite old and not very comfortable. No duvet on the bed.

Good location, very convenient to beach and shops and not far from convention centre. Pool was clean and pleasant but smaller than the photo.

Apartment was good, everything in it we needed. Position was excellent so close to Oasis Mall with supermarket right there. Restaurants and transport if needed.

As above not much good to say about this stay. Disappointed is the best I could say. The photos displayed when I booked this apartment were not for the same building complex so our floor to ceiling window ocean views were not as expected. The queen bed was 2 singles pushed together, but no topper fitted other than a sheet. This made the week very uncomfortable and as such my back gave out towards the end of the week. The staff hardly acknowledged our presence when walking through reception.

Our room had no air con in the main bedroom. The bed and sheets were really uncomfortable. Needs softer sheets. All tiles with no rugs made it really cold but would be good in summer.

The room was on the side of the building, so only had partial ocean views which was disappointing.

The location is great, so close to shops, beach and public transport. Apartment was spacious and had everything you need.

The kitchen was very dated, and the bedroom was particularly dusty under the bed - which we had to move to access the power points so noticed it.

Dated bathroom. We should have booked a room higher up to get better sea views.

We had a lower sea view room so view was more of the park and trees across the road. It was extremely well located with restaurants on your doorstep and supermarket within walking distance. Would stay again.
