We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI rang one of the staff less than 2 hours after leaving the premises to advise that pullover had been left hanging in the wardrobe The response from the girl was I’ll check the cleaners daily report. It showed nothing, no further action Two days later I rang back and received a totally different response This girl promised to follow up and guess what! The item was located within the hour and arrangements were made to return the pullover to me! So disappointed with the fist girls lack of care! Very unprofessional!

AustraliaOur unit faces the street and the RSL which can be really loud and not very private. The apartment is advertised as Luxary Appartments, however it is very basic and has everything you need, but it feels very clinical. It needs a few more items and thought into the decorations to make it feel more homely and coastal. FYI : need a new chopping board
The apartment was clean, neat and comfortable. Its big enough for a family or 4 adults, and it has 2 bathrooms.There is a washer and dryer, we didn't use it but it was there if we needed it. The apartment has all the necessary things needed for cooking and cleaning. The bed was really comfortable which was definitely a bonus. The apartment is nice and close to the main road, shops and restaurants. The location makes it easy to walk around and explore Merimbula, buy groceries or get take aways. The food that we had at the cafes, restaurants and Club Sapphire was absolutely delicious 😋
