Only criticism would be it could do with a dust clean and being a ‘bed & breakfast’ the breakfast should be included not extra.

No Netflix Slow wifi No cold water in the fridge

The host was lovely and the accommodation was clean. I would have liked to have seen fresh water in the fridge upon arrival ,unfortunately the wifi was slow and their was no Netflix for night time relaxation, but overall it was clean and the host did prepare breakfast for my husband that is vegan .

Clodagh was an excellent host. So attentive and punctual with all correspondance. She went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable. Super large rooms and extra large bathroom. Perfect resting place and large lounge area with kitchen facitlies and TV. We couldn't be happier. Close to Hillary's Boat Harbour and ideal to catch the ferries to Rottnest Island which was a highlight aside from a surprise wedding celebration.

The hosts were very friendly, the private area was spacious, the bathroom was great, and everything was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. We felt very comfortable with our baby. A great place to stay!

So much space all to ourselves, loved the beautiful flooring and stairs, chilled on the balcony, bus stop right outside and 20 minute walk to Hillary’s, great host Clodagh, loved the Christmas cake

The accomodation was exceptional, very clean and had everything we needed. loved the balcony, a beautiful spot to sit and relax. the bathroom was amazing having two vanities, one for the kids and one for the adults, shower was fantastic and the spa bath was an extra luxury. Beds were comfy and the lounge area was a great space for family time. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Codagh and Alan for having us in your beautiful home and being so accommodating ❤️

Perfect stay for us. Lovely big room and bathroom. We had no other guests so didn’t have to shared any facilities. Easy access to Hillary harbour to go to Rottnest. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Clodagh was a perfect host.

Beautiful property in a very convenient location for us. The hosts were very accommodating and they will be our first choice when next in Perth.

Thought $20 per person per day for continental was expensive, so we provided our own. We got locked out on Wed lunch time, the owners key was in the lock and we couldn’t raise anyone. This meant chocolate gifts sat in the car and got ruined during the afternoon. Biggest issue, property is down in a dip so phone signal poor. Property advertised free WiFi. This was extremely slow @ less than 1 Mbps at best . No good for even browsing emails. Totally useless for bookings and planning trips. Faint phone signal was quicker to use. But it was a phone battery killer and could drain by 30% in just a short time, trying to make any connection.

Had the space of the top floor, good bedroom and storage, great bathroom and a lounge/kitchenette. Balcony was nice to sit and have breakfast in the fresh air. Loved the space.

Clodah and Alan were very welcoming. Place was always spotless every day we came back from our full day of activities. Great place for us to setup camp and have somewhere comfortable to come back to.
