Pool - Main pool with slide was closed. The pool that was open was covered in duck poop & not well maintained. Warranted it was winter season but we booked this place based on the pools being a facility available for kids & for recovery after rugby tourney. Beds - Triple bunk bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was definitely past its use by date. Laundry - being told to wash your sheets & towels to reuse was not ideal & the frontloader washing machine had mould on the rubber part of the door indicating a lack of maintenance. Sink basin - tiny could barely fit standard basin accessories for 8ppl in a family room. Shower small. Toilet fan sounded like it was on its last legs. No dustpan. TV - foxtel did not work, movies would stall or show no signal. $900+ for 2 nights with these experiences is definitely not value for money.

Friendly service, Sharon was amazing, looked after us at checkin, very accommodating & provided great service. Rooms were spacious. Conveniently located. Spa bath was spacious.

Kids loved the park, arcade and especially the pool. The cabin was facing the camp grounds with beautiful trees which we loved. The lady at reception was lovely, very helpful and friendly.

Some aspects were a bit outdated, eg the boom gates - had to get out of the car to enter code and the paint showing where the pads were was old and exceptionally unclear

To many mosquitoes as soon as you walk out of your door your getting attacked by them hard to have a good time when your getting bitten all the time.

We originally booked a non poolside cabin and we arrived and it was average. It was run down and didn’t feel like a holiday location at all and it felt grubby. We then paid for an upgrade to a poolside cabin. The main bed in the poolside cabin was only a double.

Pools, kids play areas, BBQ areas, games room, river, putt putt golf, tractor rides was all a hit with the kids, holiday park set up was lots of fun, Salty saying hello to us every day was a hit with the kids over all lots of fun we will definitely be back again for another holiday 😁

Cabins are very tired. 2 cars to our cabin and unable to find parking in the visitors area. Brought 2nd vehicle in to take in bags and approached by staff member telling us to get the 2nd car out. He could have been more polite about it.

The general look of the park was quite tired looking. Most cabins In need of a good paint. Gutters were blocked, rain unable to escape. Some cabins were over grown and quite neglected.

Amenities block was very clean and comfortable. Swimming pools were great. The Cafe/ Restaurant was a great bonus.

To try pick something I didn’t like is hard. Lighting was a little dark in cabin and light switch locations were a little hard to find. But that is such a minor thing. Bunks were a little tricky to get in and out of.

A friendly young couple served Dutch pancakes for breakfast and they were amazing. We had taken our own food but if we went again and now we know they are there morning, lunch and dinner we would eat from their eatery. The pool was so much fun for the kids and especially that we could watch them from the verandah of our cabin. We didn’t get the best weather the weekend we were there but the kids still had such a great time in the pool. There was a train (tractor) ride, a movie on at night in the entertainment building, a games room, large outdoor chess, putt putt and fishing or canoeing if you wanted.

Fairly dated, could use updating. Ducks poo all around the pool and splash park edges, maintenance hoses it into the pools early in the morning with a high pressure hose. Most guests would still be sleeping and not see this. It’s a little concerning especially as little ones play in the water too.

no jumping pillow . but levels out with other things to do -kayak ect. the wee creek emitted an awful smell. birds (ducks?? swam in the pool leaving feces and it was slightly dirty water (when the children changed from swimmer to clothes the swimmers were full of dirt. all very small dislikes and could be rather personal preferance. but it is an awesome village.

pool had slide, large playing field, basketball hoop(was a great hoop) laundry room equipped. walking distance to food chains, taverns, bottl'o. plaza/mall also close.
