The staff is very proper and assisting I had alot to respond to and all went well And I only had to file my work once and there at the hotel I got to rest

On arrival and check in, I entered room 105, I return to the hotel reception and told him that the hotel room needs to be cleaned. Was apologies too and all was rescheduled and I received room 108.

The hotel was in a great location, quick and easy access to Olympic park for concerts. Management were quick to fix and acknowledge the problem with the cleaning of the rooms.

We booked interconnecting room Room 25 3 single beds Room 26 queen and single The room was not clean. Table was not clean Bed unchanged, wet stain on sheets... Hair found in another bed. Bathrooms need desperate upgrade. Bed very low, casters had been removed so they don't have to clean under the beds, leading to trip hazard as the bed covers are to long. Cups and mugs dirty. Table not wiped cleaned under tray

Key system not working so if went out had to get someone to let us back into room. Inconvenient for us and your staff

Staff and location

Very poor condition. The fact there was out of date chicken in the fridge shows it’s not cleaned properly. Headboard leaning against the wall. Windows don’t close rusted open. Just run down. I only chose this one based on the clean star recommendation. (Joke)

Plenty of hot water. My bed and friend’s bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Tv and air con worked well. Rooms were sound proof. The outside of the building was clean, tidy and welcoming. The foyer and check in area was pleasant and pleasing. Plenty of security and had to tap room key card to enter main doors after certain time at night.

Bathroom was dirty, friend said there was still poo in the toilet. My bathroom flooded after a shower. Floors were still dirty (could feel the dirt on feet) we had the family room and bathroom door in one room (room 20) had no handle (only hole in door where it should be) Bed sheets weren’t smooth, which made me question if sheets had been changed, I did check around feet and it looked ok. We both made coffee from each room and commented that it wasn’t pleasant, not sure if coffee sachets had been sitting there too long, or kettle needed cleaning (had brought my own milk, which both of us used)

The fact it was near to where we needed to be

The bad smell in the bathroom. The taps that leaked all the time in the basin. No shelf near basin to put your toothbrush on. The shelf sitting right near the toilet is not the place to put your toiletries. The mouldy stained silicone and the mouldy grout floor. The bed is on wheels for a reason so you can vacuum under it, which i think hasn't been done for quite a while.

Everything you needed was there. Walking distance to a shopping centre and food outlets.

The bed is comfortable, staff attentive,, and there is a petrol station with food and drinks available. The motel also has a food and drink dispenser.

Everything is great considering the price.

Coffee making appliances need changes.

A very affordable hotel with functional facilities in a convenient location with ample car spaces

I enjoy everything and the staff have a good attitude.

The bed was horrible I nearly fell off when trying to lean on the bed head, the bathroom was not good, there was people selling drugs in the parking lot.

Dirty and noisy place for the price you pay, avoid at all cost.

Dirty bedding, the room smelt like sewer.
