Bed linen had been worn & torn in places Service was very late in afternoon when we had just come back from a full day out. Ended up with no service, only reqeuested towels Bathroom still had hair in shower Bathroom door needed renovation - especially in first room allocated 1st night below in pub, was very loud till 2 am 2nd night moved rooms to a better location with harbour view but still loud noises from restaurants below

On arrival it was very difficult to find the way to the rooms as the hotel is part of a shopping centre

Room service was slow. Forgot about my ice bucket. And the reception was not available when I tried to call them on the room phone. The room cleaning came to late around 5pm. The next day was done on time in the morning.

Room was nice and big with beautiful garden view. Loved the swimming pool and the bar by the pool had great drinks and prices where reasonable.

We are a family of four staying in a room with two double beds yet there was only a table with two chairs which made meals and general sitting inconvenient. There was also no dining table just a small outdoor table (with the 2 chairs). Seemed like a sparse space that could easily fit more furniture and be more functional. Also bedroom would benefit with a door that way if the lounge area is in use the kids can still have a quiet dark room. The room was also big enough for it to have been a two bedroom which would have been awesome. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty - lucky we had our own. Parking should be restricted to actual guests we were unable to park as visitors for the cairns festival had taken all the parking spaces my husband had to park a kilometre away and walk back.

Room overlooking the pool was amazing. Close to everything so getting a meal was super easy and the breakfast was amazing. Staff at check-in were lovely and very helpful.

We arrived late (9pm) and staff couldn’t recommend anywhere to grab food or dinner despite there being a number of shops only a quick walk away. Our room was also ontop of a nightclub which the bass traveled and was exceptionally loud.

Just one small thing but that is literally it. The pillows are too soft. Definitely need a more plump ed pillow. But that’s just being picky

It was a very spacious room with a great size balcony over the gardens. Huge bathroom and with all the amenities you need. The free bowl of fruit & honey brought to your room was a lovely touch. And all the the staff from reception to housekeeping were very friendly and attentive.
