Had a really hot day when there and the bedrooms got very hot and didn't have cooling but a minor issue.

Theo was a wonderful host, the location was amazing beautiful Country views and could see some water also. The house was clean and had everything you needed. Beautiful backyard with fruit trees. Could walk into town and beach from location. Would 100% Stay again.

As adults in the twin bedded room there was no side table at all and a floor lamp awkward to turn off at night . Needed one drawer pack / bedside table in twin room .Kitchen needed a step for 164cm and below as glasses way too high .Also from photos it appears to have under cover decking but this is locked off so no decking shelter at all from sun or rain.

We loved how well equipped the kitchen was dish washer tablets and plenty cooking appliances . Loved the bedroom facilities downstairs and great soundproofing if people wished to stay up later. Loved the decking views over the countryside .

Condition of outdoor furniture was poor, one chair broken, other furniture did not look or feel clean. Garden needed a mow.

It wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. It wasn’t the contents, dishes, towels etc it was more about the furniture, storage areas and equipment. It appears it just hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly, kitchen drawers, the oven, windows balconies etc.

Great location. The facilities were excellent- had a great spacious balcony, supplied firewood & the coffee machine was a bonus. Really nice coffee. We received a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, which was really nice. The rooms were spacious & sleeps 8 people. Had a great time, and definitely would recommend this accommodation.

Was an amazing place for our family stay in Apollo bay. The location was stunning, with veiws from the every side of the ranges one way to the paddocks of cows across the road sweeping across to some ocean veiws even. Yet despite that we only had to walk 3 blocks to the pub and mainstreet it was perfect. We loved that it was pet friendly, and had a huge fully enclosed backyard that was home to some very beautiful and friendly parrots, and a huge array of friut trees which was a great touch, especially the lemons for a drink 🍹😁 The other thing that really stood out was their attention to detail right down to the booklet with every manual for every appliance, board games and books to read even, and the quality of the furniture especially the bed mattresses made for a very relaxing , restful stay. We loved it and will be back for sure. Thankyou "Seymour veiws"

I stayed for 3 nights with 2 of my brothers. Great location, easy walking distance to Apollo Bay shops and beaches. Lovely views from balcony, comfy beds, clean bathrooms. iIt had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay! Even had fruit trees in the pretty garden, which we were welcome to use.

Location was great. The house was spacious with a fantastic outdoor area, lovely views. The fireplace was a bonus. They supplied wood, fire starters, matches & paper. On arrival we received a bottle of wine which was a nice surprise. They supplied coffee pods, a great start to the morning. My daughter left her special foam pillow behind. The manager & cleaner went above & beyond their duties & posted it back to us. We appreciated it greatly. We had a fantastic family holiday.. We’ll definitely be back.

The only thing the house could do with is a baby gate at the top of the stairs.

Fantastic views, walking distance to the beach and town centre. Well equipped house, lovely garden and plenty of outdoor deck and garden space, pup friendly, would definitely recommend.

The cutlery was not great, falling apart and it was not very nice looking. Would have been great if there had been a grater as I like to use one for my carrot when I make a salad. The place was a bit dusty so it could have been cleaned better.

Location had a great view of the farms and ocean. The bed was comfy. Liked walking into town to the local coffee shop. Bathroom was clean.
