The location is perfect as it was a walking distance to bus station to perth city and coles for your grocceries. The apartment itself has a beautiful view of the beach. It is just 2 mins walk to the beach and you can view the sunset which is so awesome.

The cleanliness was quite basic . Room 205 The air conditioner is black , it was questionable if we should turn it on, or just leave it due to the filth. the walls in the bedrooms are very dusty , and the floors need machine cleaning every few months . I feel this place needs a deep clean to be honest . Very basic cleanliness . I have also reported to reception that the hot and cold tap are on wrong . We avoided burns luckily.

The apartment is fully functional . The views and location are ideal. It was inexpensive , and the pillows are comfy !

The second bedroom was too small to have cases and you couldn't use the drawers in the second bedroom door due to the funny sliding doors on the wardrobe.

The location is fantastic and the facility has everything you need.

The shower has surface mold. Which was disappointing as it is easy to clean. The street noise was loud over wknd and neighboring apartments you can hear young children crying and doors slamming early house of the morning.

The bedding and lounge were very comfortable and it was a large apartment, which suited teenagers and parents.

Considering there’s a sign on the glass door warning about the importance of locking up and the glass door has not lock, was not impressed. The bath was so discoloured that I wouldn’t use it even if it were clean as it looked disgusting. Also, the very large piece of art work has been picked at and peeled off. Very sad.

It was great to be able to have parking supplied.

The kitchen and bathroom were dated. Didn’t use the bath as it was stained and the filter was full of dust and goodness knows what else! A mix of residential and holiday; residential hung their washing on the balcony, holiday lets couldn’t. Smoking allowed on the balcony which meant we had to keep our doors closed to avoid the smell from others and it coming into the unit (where smoking wasn’t allowed). Very backward.

Located right opposite the beach. Great position for sunsets. All furniture was modern and very comfortable, the bed and sofa in particular. The unit also had a safe. Usable sized heated swimming pool. Lovely maintenance man kept the bins and communal areas clean.

I was particularly impressed with your receptionist Maralise (not sure on the spelling...). She was extremely helpful when navigating a trip to Rottnest Island at short notice - not just helpful, but a friendly personality as well

Room decor is a bit outdated Low water pressure in shower made hair washing quite difficult. Dishwasher broke on last day - I'm sure maintenance will fix it was just a hassle hand washing everything before we checked out

Excellent location. Just steps away from beach and close to lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Easy access to secure parking. Staff were amazing with communication when booking, organizing a late check in and supplying highchair and cot. Room facilities were great we could cook meals for kids, do washing and drying and nice view of the ocean from balcony. Also had a little courtyard overlooking pool. Room was spacious enough that kids (1 and 3) could play. Really great size and location for the price we paid - corner apartment.

Living area a bit cramped for 4 people but ok for length of stay.

The unit could do with a good coat of paint , and a proper clean in bathroom and second toilet .

The location was perfect , right across from beach and surrounded by cafes / restaurants. 2 min walk to cokes for essentials and public buses run every 15 mins to Perth. The unit was very well equipped . There is 2 pools that guests can use .

I can not think of anything i didnt like and I can be fussy.

Location was amazing, staff were great, were very helpful and friendly. Can not find any compliants at all with the accomodation, had a great time and the hotel was a big part of why it was so enjoyable.
