Fantastic service and spotless facilities! The location is excellent, with a cute playground for kids. Fresh towels and neatly made beds every day were such a nice touch. The room was always warm and welcoming when we returned from our outings. A wonderful motel experience—I’d highly recommend it to anyone!

Everything was great, best hotel I’ve stayed in a long time. Clean rooms, heater was on for us as soon as we walked in, comfy beds, nice lady at the counter, great landscape, big car parks between rooms, it was great. My son loved their playground too.

Clean and cheerful rooms with comfy beds and great amenities. Bathroom was a good size with a great shower - plenty of hot water and good pressure. Location is really good - near the beach and centre of town just walking distance away. Plenty of shops and cafe's in town.

Superior double was outstanding. We may have been given a 1 bedroom apartment it was so good. Spacious, very well appointed. Mini kitchen. Two recliners were very comfortable. Recent refurb as all very fresh. 5 minute walk to main street of Cowes.

I guess a bigger TV would be nice, and a bit of extra sound-proofing wouldn’t go astray, but honestly it’s way above average for a 3-Star motel room, and excellent value.

It’s a big, comfortable room. Easy parking. Great location. Staff were super helpful and nice to chat to. Having the heater on when we arrived was a lovely touch.

Stayed for one night whilst visiting Phillip Island, perfect location just ten minutes from the main street, room was a good size and very clean, no problem with parking on site, check in and check out was a breeze, would highly recommend staying if in the area.

We are family of 3. Perfect location in Cowes. Walking distancen to all restaurants and supermarkets and to the Cowes beach. Owner a very friendly person told us there's a skate-park in 1 minute walk which the kids went everyday. The room is super clean. The beds are like new. The bathroom is like new and with a smart mirror. Bathroom was very clean, it was perfectly clean. The TV has Youtube and Netflix. Parking just in front of the room with easy access to load and unload. It's like the Car is few feet away. Very easy. The garden is super clean. Kids play area and large grass area. We went in Winter, so couldnt use the pool. But a large pool is there. The best stay so far.
