The bed was a bit soft! But that is just me being fussy. My husband thought it was perfect!

It was so lovely to be met by Jim, the property Manager and escorted to our room. He even carried my suitcase and showed us around the Apartment. It was a quiet location with beautiful views of the Golf Course.

Location was excellent. Meals were had at other venues, as there was meet and greet with other colleagues and business partners. Host is friendly and easy to get along with.

The common area Pool should have some mechanism to be made warm as it was slightly cold outdoors. Also, additional guiding instructions be placed inside the room for any specific things like Turning on/off, heating/cooling etc.

Jim was amazing and very helpful. All the facilities mentioned are exactly as mentioned during the booking. Overall, it was indeed a pleasant and wonderful stay.

Needed a bigger fridge and the pillows on the beds were way too soft.

It was spacious and had everything we needed. The view over the golf course was lovely. The spa was a nice treat.

Only very tiny things, maybe some different pillows. They were all really soft and please fill the salt and pepper shakers !! Other than that, everything was thought of, we were really really comfortable and appreciative of the stay.

We were met by the property owner, who gave us a thorough run down on the property and it's facilities. The property was perfect for our needs, clean, functional and spacious. It was fabulous to be able to have coffee outside and overlook the golf course. After a long day out, very nice to be able to order food from the connecting restaurant and take back to our room. Close to some shops which allowed us to grab some groceries upon our late arrival. A really nice place to stay.

Furst world problem....There are no bedside lamps or light switch near the bed so gad to have TV on to get into bed.

We loved everything 💜

We loved everything. Jim was amazing. The communication with him was smooth and knowledgeable. He meet us and showed us through our accommodation, which was actually a really nice touch to the check in process. We loved bumping into him around the complex during our stay. The accommodation itself was more than we expected. Our kids have now dubbed it the white house away from home. We can't wait to come down again. The extra attention to detail was amazing. Even the simplest things like a range of different types of pillows. Everyone found a pillow that suited their preference. The beds themselves were so comfortable, and made for great night sleep. The extra towels on hand was more than efficient for the amount of days we were there. The WiFi connection was great for us all to tap into and use our own devices. We experience phone issues down in that area, but with the wifi we could use other means to contact family and friends through the wifi. The TV having Google Chrome was a great plus for the kids to tap into to watch their TV shows when they needed some down time. The pool was amazing and kept very clean and the spa within the pool was a great addition on the colder days, and could still enjoy by the pool vibes. The staff were so friendly, all so happy to stop and say hello. Ample parking for all guest to utilise. The grounds were kept clean and crisp. Honestly I could go on. We thank Jim and The Bunbury Stays staff for everything. We look forward in seeing you all again.

A suggestion rather than 'not like' - perhaps a bedside reading light in the second bedroom would be useful. Know you're most likely to have children in that room but our adult daughter would have appreciated having a light next to the bed.

Always love staying at the golf resort - first time we've used Bunbury Stay for the accommodation though. Having some of the 'extras'- a few more than usual tea bags, complimentary biscuits ( for the peckish, between meals moments!), bottled water was much appreciated.
