Be careful when booking as not all rooms are air conditioned or even have ceiling fans. Even in August the rooms were very warm in the morning. Some rooms are a bit outdated but still do the job

The heated pool was lovely. Going in August we were still able to use the pool even on a chilli day. The views are stunning being right on the water. Very lovely staff too, Sara helped us with a last minute room change request and the groundsman was always around and friendly.

Booked standard room got upgraded to superior. Furnishings were lovely throughout kitchen, living and dining. Weird desk set up at front of kitchen bench not necessary, cheap and tacky. Balcony had two different old dirty chairs. Just two normal chairs and a little table to sit have coffee or drink would of been nice. Main bathroom shower filled up with 2 inches water every shower. Kept going hot cold. Main bedroom bed was very low to ground and only made up with sheets and really light decorative throw blanket. Found old thin blanket in cupboard we had to put on, had dirty marks, unclean. 2nd bedroom the same but the blanket was for a single bed not the queen. Lucky there was heating as it was freezing and rainy. Would of been nice to snuggle into a comfy quilted bed. 2nd bedroom also had really badly marked walls, peeling paint, hole in the door and old aeroplane stickers on the wall.

Resort facilities were great. Beautiful pool and gardens. Close to shops, restaurants and things to do. Right on good beach. Had a car park with our room.

Our unit wasn’t cleaned properly before our arrival. Found a used condom in the main bedroom. The sink in the ensuite was blocked. Pillows could do with a revamp.

Under building parking is very tight, especially our allocated spot. Cleanliness of unit could have been better, light dust on surfaces and marks on walls that I easily cleaned off. Unit is very usable but outdated.

Location is excellent, beautiful pool and spa. View is spectacular, right on Palm Beach.

The bedrooms were extremely small the second bedroom required us to leave the suitcase in the living area. The traffic noise was loud from early morning

We only got one roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more as the stay went on. There were no facial tissues or paper towel.

The apartment was great with two bathrooms and a fantastic view. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view on the 15th floor is tremendous - Brisbane and the ocean. It is easy walking distance to Dune Cafe which has coffee and food to die for. Coles supermarket is just down the road with some great shops there as well. The Noodle Box was not worth the visit.

No coffee pod machine and toiletries were minimal for a 4 day stay for 4 people .. also suggest pool towels for guests to use. We had to buy our own toilet paper because there was not enough for 4 day stay .

Room was reasonably updated and comfortable .. would have liked a coffee pod machine. We asked for extra pillows for the single beds as they only had 1 pillow each. Pillows were a bit flat and could do with replacing . These are only minor feedback comments

The starter supplies were very minimal. 4 tea bags, no salt and pepper and no extra toilet paper is a bit mean for a 4br apartment. Pool towels would be a good edition too

Cooking utensils could do with upgrading along with a new oven as door was broken. I would have expected the unit to have air conditioning which was disappointing as I have a young family and trying to cool to unit down of an evening was not possible on the hot nights.
