Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaStrong smell from the Reid diffuser in the room. It was not a nice smell. Walls, cutlery and dishes could have been cleaner, a little more attention yo detail would fix this though.
Location was fantastic as it was very close to the RMH, but also close for shopping, food etc. Very quiet area. Room was comfortable. Great value for money and would stay again. Would recommend these apartments. Liked that the undercover parking was cheap also.

AustraliaHall way to rooms stinks strongly of weed. When I booked the apartment I called to see if I could have my room cleaned first as we needed early check in as our baby was in the hospital the man said yes no problem, got there at around 10amish the lady had no clue about it, she said that she couldn’t make that happen, we asked to be notified when it was clean, she said yes that’s fine, still didn’t happen I called at 1:30ish to check if we can come in, she said yep that’s fine. Disappointing when one person says yes and it’s not communicated to the other staff members, we needed early accommodation because we have a toddler to entertain as-well.
the rooms are clean and tidy, there is a washing machine, dryer, kettle, toaster, two small couches, microwave, tv, wifi, shower, heat pump/air con, broom and dustpan/broom, dish washer, stove and oven. Court yard/balcony off room but no smoking in that area.
