Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaUnit needs updating or a least a very deep clean eg stained carpet dirty curtains smeary windows. Furniture also needs to be updated everything very worn and mattress lumpy.
Excellent service and staff who were all very friendly and welcoming. Fast check in. The location was excellent overlooking elevated freeway but close to everything. Walls were thick so not too much external noise. Room was spacious and had everything.

The concierge was fantastic. They provided clear instructions for parking and had a very welcoming attitude. Made myself and the two other guests feel very comfortable. Bathrooms was quite tidy. Go Raiders!

AustraliaThe room itself is rundown. The shower head leaked and was not securely attached to the wall. The soap holder also was not secure. The toilet also had a slow leak.
The location is terrific and the staff for very accommodating. We enjoyed having drinks at the bar on arrival and the ease of parking.

AustraliaThe room didn't have a microwave and there wasn't one we could use anywhere so we had to eat cold food that we'd packed. That was on us though, should have checked the description better. But most hotel rooms have microwaves these days.
Location was excellent for a night show at Qpac. We could walk back to the hotel afterwards.

AustraliaWe arrived 12.30 (check in 2pm) which wasn't an issue. We had a show just up the road at 1.30 pm so I rang ahead and asked if we could park a little earlier (we did NOT ask to be checked in at this time as we had somewhere to be). We were told yes we could do that. The plan was leave the car, attend the show, and come back to check in afterwards. When we arrived they wanted $20 which was not mentioned during the call. Given that we had just paid almost $400 for an apartment for the night $20 for 1.5 hours is ridiculous. Very disappointing, especially since we stay here four times out of five when visiting Brisbane.
