Didn’t like that there isn’t wheel chair/pushchair access to the reception. Only stairs. Be nice to be supplied face cloths. Wish we had proper duvets instead of polyester blankets as it’s cold during winter time and thin blankets aren’t efficient. The tvs didn’t really work well.

Great location, huge space, great for families. Warm sun beaming in the rooms in the morning which made it super nice and warm.

Our sofa was too low for my husband and alittle dirty. The shower units need mold spray cleaning and ceilings are alittle low for me in the bathrooms. . The TV needs a new battery in remote for volume or off/on but that was our last day.

The location was perfect, loved the friendly birds in the trees next to us, cafe next door for morning coffee and the lovely art deco decor of the building. Would stay again. Good lifestyle, walked to most locations and taxi was easy. Went to the Beach everyday, was a very short walk.

Booked it for a night to go to the star casino and it is so close. The rooms were big, the pool was warm. Would stay again

There was a smell in hallway that seemed to drift into apartment I didn’t have a towel in the second bedroom I didn’t get clear directions about exiting the property and where to leave the swipe cards

Toilet in the main bathroom kept running 24hrs a day, very annoying especially at night as the plumbing was noisy. Issue reported to management, but being a very bust weekend, probably couldn't find anyone to fix it. This is the only negative; - I would stay at The Ritz again. (Property also had a painting maintenance program in place, minor impact on our stay. That's just a timing thing though, all properties have to be maintained)

Well located to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Older building with spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Secure parking. Complimentary wifi, signal not great but nice to have it anyway. Nice staff, Ability to check in early and also check out late was really appreciated.

Being renovated .. unable to use roof top area(spa). Maintenance letter to enter room late afternoon before(twice) Had to organise the service.

The apartment needs a refresh and the appliances were cheap for 4 star accommodation. The apartment could do with a better clean. There was a lot of dust particularly on the fan and the clothes dryer needed replacement and had no lint filter so fluff end up everywhere in the bathroom/laundry area.

Property was ready for our arrival, at 2.30pm we went back and was just being finished cleaning Missing plates - no dinner plates Knives were blunt No chopping board Missing hairdryer - however the resort replaced on our request - just for a self contained unit we found it hard as a family of 4 to cook in the unit which was disappointing

The hot water is on a communal system and the shower temperature can vary mid-shower. The pool is unusually deep (1.8m all round) and doesn’t get much sun in the late afternoon.

An older building, and consequently with more spacious accommodation. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Good parking. A short walk to the beach and to the Oasis shopping centre. Small well equipped gym in the basement.
