The cost as Booking.com did not back up their advertisement as they would be expected to.

No breakfast. Personal hospitality and care was brilliant. Susan was extra helpful as we attempted to sort out booking problems between Booking.com and Expedia.com. Still not resolved. Would stay with Motel Ringwood owners again but never again booking with Booking.com

There is a sound issue between rooms that caused complaints between tenants. If I want to watch TV at 2pm or 2am it’s my choice. I don’t need neighbours screaming and smashing at me door to complain and ask me to turn off TV

No cutlery plates bow ls. Toaster very old and dirty. Shower recess nice and big but very dirty and old. Hair-dryer rusty and didn't work. Power tripped out if you used 2 appliances at once. Roots of old trees lifting the tar up and causing a great trip hazard especially for older people.

This is a real, budget motel. Max is a battler who does most jobs himself so things aren't perfect. Be prepared. It appears that some of the rooms are being slowly renovated.

The location was good for what I needed. This motel is quite quirky so be prepared for that. Max, the proprietor, is a very nice chap and very helpful. Be prepared: Best if you brought your own favourite toilet paper and toiletries. Had Room 15 well away from the main road. Would stay here again.

Lack of professionalism in customer service, I contacted customer service via the Booking.com app regarding early check-out due to the person I booked for moving out earlier than the actual check-out day. Check-out day is Monday between 8-10 am. But the person I booked for moved out the Thursday night. I contacted and informed about this on the app and asked for a re-fund for the days and nights that the person did not stay. But no one reached out to me until now.

The website said all facilities were suitable for people with disabilities. Definitely not the case, in fact it is hazardous. Step into the shower and no hand rails anywhere. Outside was treacherous to move out around, dips and lumps in the concrete. The door to my room, an outside door, was coming apart. No tea bags, just a few sachets of coffee and minimal milk.

Motel smelt like smoke, advertised a shared kitchen but there was nothing. No cutlery. Our first room smelt that bad of smoke we had to ask for a new one.

The bed were uncomfortable. The bedding was not of hotel standards. The towels very thin and some looked like they need washing. The was a discussing smell in the room. The base of the shower was painted and the paint was peeling off.

The management have only been at Motel Ringwood 3 days when we arrived. Unfortunately they have been left with a mess. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable as possible with the surcomstancers. They have started to make improvements. People need to give them time to get the motel up to a 3 star rating again. If we travel to the area again we would go back.

There was certainly a need for maintenance of the grounds. We had a tree stump right outside our room, surrounded by random rocks, creating a very uneven surface, that was certainly a hazard.

The price was fair, the room was clean and the location suited our needs, although the exit onto the highway was difficult in the traffic.

Water pressure in the shower made it hate to balance flow and temperature. Bed sheets would not be appropriated for most since it was the Son of Anarchy. Since just me this time I thought it was funny. If I was bring a guest it would have been annoying.

It was good on the whole got a budget stay.
