The only issues were on our 3rd night, the main bathroom in our apartment started to smell like sewerage, and the apartment was pretty smelly from that. I let staff know, and it was a little better after that but still not great. It wasn't too bad but was a bit uncomfortable. Other issue was that it was a bit cold. The aircon/heater in the twin room needed to bd degassed, I think, so it wasn't very good and blankets are a bit scarce so I had to layer up the spare blankets from the wardrobes. Actual doonas would be nice on the beds.

Staff were so friendly, always greeted with a smile and they were happy to help with everything. It really makes the stay when the team there genuinely are happy to have you. The facilities were wonderful and clean and everything was in working order. Enjoyed the spa, sauna and steam room a lot. The process was pretty affordable because we booked months in advance, price seems to go up with shorter notice dates so I was pleased I got in early. The view of the beach from our balcony, and even from the rooftop garden and gym, were beautiful. Overall, it was a wonderful, comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back and will recommend it to friends.

What an amazing place 😍 absolutely stunning views from every corner and rooms are actually apartments. Huge everything you need. Looks exactly like the pictures. Pool, spa, sauna ,steam room are just adding more to the value

Didn’t like traipsing through the lobby to go to the pool.

Location was amazing. Pool and hot tub were so nice after a long day sightseeing. Room was excellent with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and gorgeous views from the balcony. And there were lovely viewing decks on two of the upper floors for guests to use which was really nice. Adequate parking (unsure how busy it gets at peak times but we had no issue in late July). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping can be a little inconsistent (there was a day where the bed wasn't made, and another where our used towels were still left on the floor). Sometimes housekeeping might finish quite late around 2 or 3pm as well. Overall it was still manageable though

It was located close to the tram station, and only a couple of stops away from Cavill Avenue and Surfers Paradise where there are many food places available. There was also a bus service nearby that goes to Seaworld and Whale Watching cruises within 15 to 20 min The room also had a gorgeous view of the beach and was quite roomy. Staff were friendly and readily answered our queries about our room and how to navigate around the area

Lot of construction around. The public jacuzzi stopped working in the middle of use. Rooms very tiny, all the photos are in wide angle. There is no smart tv only cable, can't use netflix etc.

View would be great if not for the construction happening all around. It was informed to us which was great from the resorts end but something to keep in mind. The facilities were great otherwise and staff were friendly.

Not really a dislike...would be convenient to have an arrangement with the Cafe next door (underneath) to charge-back meals to your room.

It was a short walk to the bus stop and beach. The room was beautiful along with the view, the garden was stunning love the atmosphere would definitely return.

Is pricey but not crazy and worth what you pay.

Location was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Pool and spa were great and the view from the room and the rooftop was absolutely stunning.
