Room felt as if it needed a little refresher

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food choices including cereals and fresh fruit and pastries but all food from hot selection was actually stone cold which included the eggs, the bacon, baked beans and cooked tomatoes. The coffee was delivered in a paper cup despite asking if we were dining in.

Very grand building, beautifully decorated. Quiet and spacious room. Bathroom was quite well stocked. Staff at front desk very obliging to requests for late checkout and storage of bags due to late departure. Bar staff helpful

The rooms definitely need fixing up, our room looked nothing like in the pictures out bathroom had a bath shower in it which doesn’t show that in the photos not ideal what we were looking for when staying at a hotel. The view wasn’t the greatest either

I’m on crutches and found it difficult to get to the street and the shopping centre behind as lift was blocked off and escalators not working. I had to climb three sets of stairs which was painful.

1.Checking in and out after midnight is not the most comfortable process as no one to help with bags and security concerns waiting outside for cabs 2. Breakfast is a waste of money. Its not as advertised on the websites - no omelette stations, fruits were stale and general selection was average at best.

Stunning view over the Harrison Island part of the river. Big comfortable bed. Friendly check in staff. Car parking underneath was appreciated.

This is a standard with most hotels the cost of the car park, I don't mind paying for parking but it's always at a premium.

The hotel is kept well maintained and clean, the rooms are also quite comfortable and not noisy.

Arrived from the airport at 11pm and other than check in staff, no facilities or options for a snack or beverage...... That must catch a lot of guests out, particulalry when you are going to be out for the next day on a tour and have to leave early.

Location was central to most attractions and the CBD. It was the old Hilton Hotel at one point, so was spacious and well appointed.

Sign for entrance. Not familiar with city took us four times around block to find entrance in for car parking. Then had assistance from stranger walking.

Breakfast choice very good. Could have been hotter.

The air con was a bit obstinate but once I figured it out it was fine. Would be great to have cutlery in the room for food deliveries but staff were wonderful in supplying some when requested.

I loved the lounge on my level, it looks over the river and was the perfect spot to take my breakfast, have a glass of wine at the end of the day or sit and enjoy the view. The location was ideal for me as there's plenty of options for running/walking tracks and lots of parkland. It's close to the CBD without having to be right in the centre and there's enough food options close. I really like the atrium-style ceilings as it feels more open than the usual hotel hallways. When you travel a lot that makes a big difference.

It was a bit cold and no extra blankets or ability to turn heating up. Only a couple of tea bags given, a couple more would have been nice for an evening cuppa too.

Very quiet. Quite dim. No potter. Very united selection cafe nearby.

The room is big and comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby and there is a bus stop to cbd within few minutes walk.

The only downside is that the parking charges are quite high and you will never receive your bond as soon as you check out. You have to wait for like 5 working days which is unfair..

I was very pleased to stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the place was very clean and well maintained.

Extraction fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Curtains need fixing as they don’t stay closed as they are not attached by the hooks. No cutlery. No spear towels.
