Dated apt 406 in need of a refurb. Taps in bathroom very difficult to use and one leaking. Kitchen needed a thorough clean. No smoking policy obviously didn't apply to balcony of apt 405!

View and location were perfect. Comfortable space for the family to enjoy. Being close to everything made it very easy to enjoy the local surrounds.

There was no chair or luggage stand in main bedroom so had to put suitcase on floor! Would be good to have s second bedside lamp.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is nice with an excellent view, it's clean and spacious. The location is perfect just across the beach, close to the shopping center, restaurants, cafes and convenient stores.

The tiles near the spa are very slippery. I slipped stepping out of the spa and when I reported it to the reception /building manager they were uninterested in completing an incident report.

We had a lovely short stay, great location and the apartment was very clean and well presented.

Maintenance checks were lacking a little. The fridge interior light was not working. When freezer draw was opened each time, shards of rust particles dropped on floor as it probably hadn't been opened recently. The fridge door also had old tape stuck over the front which looked tacky. Also both bathroom shower glass door rims were needing attention. Either rubber edging was needing repair in master or calcified buildup was evident in 2nd bathroom. The sink drains were also rusting out or needed to be replaced. Attention to detail is recommended.

When we arrived at reception, we were surprised with an upgrade to a 3-bedroom apartment. Allocated car spots with easy access within building. Loved the location, with sweeping views of Coolangatta Beach and surrounds from our generous 13th floor balcony. Close walking distance to many cafes, restaurants & Coolangatta shopping precinct. Every bedroom had views either of the ocean, river or hinterland. Well furnished apartment with a well stocked kitchen.

A living area that was spaciousness, light filled, with a wonderful view made the stay a pleasure. The bed was comfortable although a bedside table on each side, each with a light would have been appreciated. The location with easy access to beach as well as shops and restaurants was ideal. We found the staff delightful staff as they couldn't have been more helpful.

We didn’t like the fact that only one lift was working.Wasted a lot of time waiting for the one lift.Residents told us it’s been like this for months,which is simply not good enough.

One of elevator was not working and was being repaired , there was also building works being carried out so a bit unsafe with the equipment in front of the lift.

The second lift was broken and on our second day, it took 20 minutes to get a lift from the 8th floor.

The view was exceptional.

The rooms had a smell which is due to the old carpet. I had to buy some air diffuser sticks. Couldn't find the bath plug, it was out under the kitchen sink. Not fun having to look for one when going to enjoy a relaxing bath.

A bit tired in bathrooms and furniture. Only 2 lifts for a big building so a bit of a wait at peak times. Aircon stopped working

Check in process, my son went to check in - because he arrived earlier than me - and the booking wasn't in his name. However, booking.com went above and beyond to help me out - I was hours away - and they took a few details and let him check in before i arrived. It was just a bit time consuming - whilst trying to drive, i had to stop to organise this.

Location is perfect! Shops - plenty of choice downstairs and a short walk to so much choice. The view - perfect. Loved it. Happy to pay for the view.

The road noise.

The apartment was good however the noise from the street was awful. First night was drunken aggressive behavior yelling profanities and the 2nd night was a gang of youths effing and geffing half the night not to mention the Harley’s and hot rods. I probably would stay here again it’s not very relaxing but the apartment itself was good.
