Cockies, they pinched my bathers, got them back the 2nd last day, after I had to buy new ones. The cost of buffet breakfast, I shouldn’t have to subsidise children for their free breakfast. Most probably eat more than I do. Not having microwave and toaster in room. Bar fridge not cold enough. Couldn’t find fan switch would have preferred to AC I only found cupboard in bathroom with clothes aired on last day! Needs to larger print as to where to find room facilities. Needs rails in shower and bath.

Easy to get around, clean, loved the guest lounge area with showers and towels toilets. Room was good with exception. But staff great with cleaning. In house service good as was reef bar, resturant and pool. Concierge was great with their knowledge.

Rooms were very tired and old. From the pictures of the room booked, room looked refurbished and new. The room we got on arrival was old and tired and bathrooms are pretty gross. The pictures online are slightly misleading.

Gorgeous views. Staff were extremely helpful. Good facilities with added bonus of gym access and water sports included. Very close to beach and always access to marina/ shops/ restaurants with free shuttle bus at door.

The housekeeping wasn’t up to standard. One of the pillows were dirty, found someone’s sandals under our bed. No shower gel in the container. Having said that, I made a complaint and asked for a complimentary drink and the receptionist gave us a bottle of wine, so they were redeemed.

Amazing location, big rooms. All rooms face the sea, garden view just means you will be in the first few floors. We were on the second floor and the view was still nice :). Free food for kids under 12yo when adults order food

The cost of breakfast was prohibitive & lining up for so long it was easier to walk away. The bloody cockatoos being so annoying when you are on the verandah or eating. The cost of the club cars.

The friendly staff at check in. The room is huge which was ok. The bathroom also huge with a bath that was welcoming! The view is amazing.

Started us in a room next to significant daytime construction near by. But moved us quickly. Pool side food was not the best - deep frozen prawns in salad in QLD!

Noise coming from other rooms - Room above was noisy, house keeping in the mornings was noisy. A cocky stole my puzzle book from the balcony.

The VIEW! Location, room was huge, beds were super comfy, bathroom was HUGE, beach equipment included, dinner in the restaurant was good, ice machines and laundry on site.

Hotel starting to show its age. There was some light mould in the bathroom and some of the paints pealing on the bathroom door.

staff were super helpful and the food was quite good for a breakfast buffet. The hotel was conveniently located close to the beach and all the activities, gym, tennis etc were included in the price which was good because it’s not cheap. A heated pool in the winter was a nice touch.

The view of Catseye beach was spectacular although being on 18th floor was a little high. The pool and poolside restaurant were excellent. The food was very good amd the staff were very friendly.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. It had clearly not been properly vacuumed either upon our arrival or after we specifically requested a thorough vacuum on the third day of our stay. The bathroom and toilet were also not clean — the floor, walls, and doors were visibly dirty. The towels didn’t look or smell fresh, which added to the overall sense of neglect. To make matters worse, the shampoo and conditioner bottles appeared to have been refilled with water instead of actual product. This level of service was far below our expectations.
