The bed in my room (11), was the second most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in the mattress definitely needs replacing

We stayed in a room with low natural light and it had a damp smell in the property, we couldn’t pull blinds back to let light in. But overall it was pleasant.

Laundry out of order, limited housekeeping had to ask for bedding change after a week of staying, floors bathrooms not cleaned during stay no facilities to even do ourselves

A microwave would have been good. Expected to wash our cups provided, but no dishwashing liquid or tea towel provided. Shower pressure a bit underwhelming. Needs some towel rails - hooks only.

Room with 2 double beds ideal for sharing with friend. Room was quiet. Beds were very comfy. Room serviced daily. Liked having a good restaurant on site that had good food, not expensive, good atmosphere. Enjoyed eating at end of day without having to leave resort and sit at table on balcony above Flinders St. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Air con didn’t work the tv didn’t work the elevator didn’t work, very inconvenient with my bad leg my family in a wheel chair, the decorator lady, found it difficult to get up the first level We were up graded to a bigger room

We stayed on a Saturday night and it was very noisy, the room was very close to the bar, and after the hotel bar shut we could hear loud music very late from neighbouring venues.

Great pool, nice and clean facilities, restaurant and food were brilliant. Other than one grumpy bar tender, the rest of the staff were brilliant. Definitely recommend.

Reception was under construction which meant the lift was not accessible and we had to drag our suitcases up the stairs. Room next to restaurant meant people were using tables past close up time and it was a bit loud

Proximity to Sealink ferry and to the esplanade. Pool area and seating around it was nice but pool was cold.

The bathroom door had no lock. The second room with bunk beds was narrow. The reception face the street but the parking is on the other side in a different alley which made it hard during check in.

The rooms are near the pool and it has a bar with cool vibe and music. Although the bar was fully booked up we could order take away to the rooms. There is also a restaurant inn the first floor. Very close to the ferrys to magnetic island

The room air-conditioner was unable to be turned off without removing the key card and thus ventilation, lighting. The shower leaked into the room. The room was noisy with the restaurant nearby. The pool was cold compared to the ocean temperature. There were not enough blankets in the room, and the extra blanket had large holes in it.

The location was good to town facilities and downstairs cafe. Undercover, secure parking. Close to pool, meals reasonable in price and size. Was able to obtain a refund for nights not used.
