Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandUnfortunately there were no hot chocolate sachets in our room and most hotels have robes to use for after the shower etc which if I knew the hotel didnt provide them I would have bought my own. Other than that small thing nothing else was an issue 😊
Beds were super comfortable and the staff were exceptional. The views were lovely and the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

AustraliaLooks like every men and his dog can acces 22 floors without security cards in the elevators? . Furniture and the whole complex is a bit outdated. Shaking windows.pool half under construction. Pool restaurant prices are unjustified. It's not in walking distance to the beach
Fair price and Its a huge resort ! Welcome drink ,finally super clean rooms, spacious, comfortable, quiet aircon, breakfast is way better than pork only Hilton. Parking, staff is educated in behaviour and all super friendly. Would be happy with returns ☺️

AustraliaThe lady at check in for the buffet breakfast was quite rude, she asked for our kids ages (15 and 17) and when she said we should have been paying adult prices for them, when we explained it was included in our booking she was quite rude to us and made my children feel uncomfortable.
