It was a big bathroom with a toilet stuck against the wall and a large empty space behind the door.. WTF?

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was plenty of space, and it was very quiet. The A/C worked well, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. It also had a washing machine and a dryer which we used.

WiFi was virtually useless. Located on a main street so there was a lot of tram noise. One of the windows in our bedroom wasn't working properly so it was colder and noisier. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable.

Couches were a bit saggy and it was a frustrating that the second bedroom only has frosted glass doors, so any light can disturb your sleep.

Central location, very spacious apartment, contained everything we needed for basic meal preparation, handy having secure parking available (at a cost).

Had to wait outside a locked door as no one in Reception, called the number for someone to let us in when office was meant to be open. When leaving office was unattended, open but unattended, and we had to ring the number again to check out.

Thin pillows so had to use 2 for sleeping. 8th floor and window facing main street was not dbl glazed so being a Friday night there was quite a bit of noise throughout night, I had headphones which helped. Heater in bedroom was good but the AC in Living didn't get very warm.

As a returning guest I always find this property welcoming. The apartments have everything I could want including washing/drying/kitchenette and a number of tramstops close by A short walk in any direction to food, shopping, eateries & sightseeing or catch a tram Accessible entry and very helpful concierge Luggage storage after checkout and early check in available. The apartment was on the top floor and the air conditioning did not work properly, which is not great in summer.

It was great to have an early check-in and the upgrade. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay during the tennis.

If I wanted to cook I couldn’t as the pots and pans were too high for me to get to. The kitchen table was very unstable and so was the arm on one of the lounges.

The apartment had plenty of room. The location was excellent for where I needed to be. The bed was large and very comfortable. It had all the items necessary such as, fridge, microwave, kitchen, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer. Nice big shower as well.
