Air conditioner was not putting out much heat, we had to rug up to stay warm.

Parking was very tight. So we parked in front most of the stay. Would have been nice to have a smaller dining table and a small couch/ blanket box.

Amenities were good in the room. Liked kitchenware range. Allowed us to make easy breakfast in the morning before heading out.

I really enjoyed staying here, and I loved the overall experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made me feel welcome. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The neighborhood was quite noisy at times, and the laundry facilities weren’t very convenient. Every time I needed to go out, there was very little privacy because there were so many people in the other rooms, and you could easily hear them as well. Despite these issues, the stay was still great overall, and I appreciate the hospitality.

We were staying downstairs but the upstairs guests started washing at 8 PM till 10 PM. The vibrations of the washing machine was terrible and we are feeling it in our room. Guests should be more respectful of others.

Bath shower could be a little difficult for some to get into . Could have done with a blanket in the room though as it was cold on our legs sitting in the seated area .

Quiet area. Secure parking. Within walking distance of an IGA. And walking distance into main areas of the Mandurah foreshore . The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

I got upgraded to the ocean side apartment on the water. It was amazing views and great vibe to wake up to every morning. Quiet neighbors. Fast internet and room came with washing machine and dryer which was handy. Had a great experience with zero issues. Highly recommend.

The water pressure was quite low in both bathrooms, previous residents items (socks and hairbrushes) were still left in the rooms and had not been cleaned but other than that the place was clean!

The location and view was beautiful! The house was clean and staff were very friendly. Comfortable stay and well stocked kitchen!

Car parking spaces are too small and this is a issue if you have a 4 Wheel Drive or large car. We were lucky our wing mirrors folded inwards! It is not the Mandurah C fault, but the children in the outdoor swimming pool area at night were very noisy and out of control. Obviously lacking in parental guidance and no security to deal with it. We suggest to requeat a room away from the swimming pool so you can have some peace.

A very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. All close to shos and a short drive to the town centre. We enjoyed our breakfast and coffee on the balcony every morning. The gardens and access to the boat moorings very lovely.

There was no Tea and Coffee in the room and our last time staying we had a local goods little bag which had Tea and Coffee… It’s something that you really need after making the Journey there, and it encourages positivity in people to be nice and relaxed in and around the complex…..

Location was excellent, also having the Shopping Village there makes it really good

We loved the room, swimming pool, gardens, views ect ect! Great value for money. Walking distance to all shops . Also, there are lots of shops on the same block, including a Scottish pub that also serves meals and a Chinese takeaway. We have just found our new favourite places in Mandurah

The only thing that was an issue was the amount of mosquitoes in our room :( they were really bad, every corner of the room & my son was badly attacked in his sleep on our first night.

Loved the location & facilities, the pool - though it was a little cold for my son & I. The staff & communication was great too!

Unit next door was noisy ,cloths washing either before 7 am in the morning or late in the evening. The shares laundry was noisy and we had to turn the volume up on the TV listen to the TV. Not a very satisfactory situation.
