While we’re pleased to hear you enjoyed our location and found the spa relaxing, we’re genuinely sorry to learn that your overall experience did not meet expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the service issues you encountered. What you described is not reflective of the standard we strive to maintain. Your experience with early check-in, the handling of your Uber Eats delivery, and the interactions with our team are concerning and will be addressed directly with our staff. Every guest should feel welcomed, valued, and looked after regardless of arrival time or length of stay. We also understand how small details, such as a few extra milks or timely assistance, can make a big difference in comfort and satisfaction. We're disappointed to hear we missed the mark on these.
