Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaThey were a couple of things in the room that needed attention. Which staff did once requested. We did request robes specifically as we were preparing for a wedding. We were told they were all dirty and some could be washed and delivered for the next day. This never occurred we never received robes.
Location was convenient. Very attractive decor and atmosphere.

The hotel itself is quite quirky with some great items on display in both the reception/bar and in some of the corridors. The old wooden panelling and the original (although upgraded lift), were a nice touch. The room was a very good size with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the city. Traffic noise was kept to a minimum. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly and the in house restaurant and bar were great to relax in during the evening. The hotel is within an easy walk of the city centre

AustraliaThe tiles on the shower and bathroom floor of room 311 were extremely slippery. I think they were wall tiles. When soap is added it was treacherous. I would prefer a normal bench and not pedastool basins. There were not 2 accessible power points in the bathroom. There is no breakfast service - just small pastry cart.

AustraliaOnly a small irritant but I arrived on a Monday night to find the restaurant is closed on a Monday night. There was also no room service available. I understand in two weeks this will change and it will open all the time which is good.
It was beautifully appointed and the staff were fantastic! The was complimentary espresso coffee in the morning and fruit and delicious choc chip cookies available all day too. A lovely touch. I will return!

The Inchcolm was amazing. Unique and quirky. Retaining many original features. Love the feel of the hotel. Completely different to the mundane and impersonal big hotels. Right next to Central station, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and inviting and super efficient. Absolutely loved staying here

The staff were incredible - so friendly, helpful, prefessional and considerate. The room was large and well styled, with very comfortable bed and a gorgeous bath which we enjoyed. Although the dinner service was not offered on Monday nights, the very cosy bar and dining area was popular and had charm.

Hotel is decorated in a unique manner, beds are super comfortable, linen is a good quality. Rooms are spacious and so are bathrooms, wi fi is great. Handy to where I needed to be and not that far to CBD. Car parking is close and cheaper than usual. Pastries and coffee in the morning for breakfast included in the price. Great staff, happy traveller.
