The location was great. It was roomy. The kitchen had whatever you would need except we weren't there long enough to utilise that. The bed I used was comfortable.

I did not realise when booking that all the interactions would be on the phone. I was sent so many text messages and and codes and then had to call a number to actually book in. The offsite parking was another text message and more codes, and quite a walk! Not 'just around the corner' as stated. The codes were particularly disconcerting when our code to get into the building didn't work when we returned after dinner. I did not feel the apartment was very clean. I understand it was a little dated and the fixtures old, but the cleanliness was lacking. The pillow was terrible.

Had everything I wanted in way of private bathroom & fully equipped kitchen

The wifi is very slow, no Netflix, Disney + etc…. Couldn’t even hook up PlayStation To get my own pay TV. Need more cover n middle of bed as it is 2 singles pushed together

Centrally located in Hamilton to all the facilities, clubs, restaurants etc. It serves the purpose of providing accommodation.

Rooms not very clean. We didn’t like the note left under our door & the other 5 doors near us asking for a sexual encounter with a transvestite.
