Amazing Location, spectacular views and the room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed

The only downside was that we only received one each of dishwashing and laundry powder, plus one dishwashing liquid and a single tea towel for our 5 nights stay. For a family of 4, it wasn’t quite enough.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, in a great location, and had beautiful ocean views. We stayed in 8E, it looked like it had been renovated not too long ago, and everything was very clean. It was also great to have a dedicated parking spot.

Mattress could be softer and windows in both bedrooms screwed shut but rooms had fans and main living area was airconditioned

It's impossible to confidently book a front-facing unit. We used to be able to do this years ago, but since the management was sold, they no longer promise you a particular unit when you book. There is a HUGE difference between the front facing apartments and the ends (A or E) - and I think we should be receive confirmation when we give them our money!

The location of Princess Palms is our absolute favourite ... right on the beach so you hear the waves as you go to sleep each night. There is no road between you and the beach, (so long as you request a front-facing unit ... B,C or D). You honestly won't find anywhere better ... and there's an excellent playground for the children, just a block away.

Very busy highway 50m meters behind the accommodation, but fortunately could not hear this from our room

No roads between the rooms and the beach. Helpful staff and a nice garden & park area at the front. Like the older style, spacious living area for the apartments.

WE ABSOULTY LOVED THE VIEW AND BEACH SO CLOSE. THE POOL AND SPA WAS WARM AND VERY CLEAN. THERE IS A CAFE NEARBY WHICH IS WALKING DISTANCE, GOOD FOOD AND LOCATION.

✅️ Right on beach. Well equipped unit, quality appliances. ❌️ Furnishings very dated. Main TV had 2 large lines right down the middle of the screen. ❌️❌️ Was not advised before or upon check in that workman would be coming through the unit & be on the balcony for a few hours.

Great views of the ocean. Location was right near the beach and Currumbin creek.

The pool area is a bit tired but it's evident that the outside of the building, reception, gym and lifts have been upgraded.

The spacious apartment had been beautifully refurbished. The apartments are right on the patrolled beach and central to restaurants, shops and buses.

We loved the view on entering the unit it was like the beach was right at the balcony The pool was such a delight the temp was perfect for all of us Gardens beautifully maintained as was foyer and BBQ area looked to have all you would need Had really good gym and games room

Room was dated but ok- luck of the draw I suppose. Not cheap for what it was. Be mindful that it’s south of Burleigh Heads and not convenient to Broadbeach or Surfers. Having car best if you want to go far from the hotel.
