We love the location of Prideau’s. Right smack in town, yet quiet at night.

Nothing . However in the Laundry ,(which is used by numerous other tenants ) the dryer door wouldn’t open .So we had to take the clothes into a laundromat in town. And we didn’t have washing up detergent to wash our tea cups.

We loved it from the moment we opened the front door.Beautiful, modern, comfy & clean.. Quality extras were appreciated.

it was all fantastic. If we come to the West again, it will be our place of choice to stay.

Perfectly positioned. We were able to walk straight into town. No need to use the car. Access to a laundry was fantastic. Bonus was that it was free - although I would happily have paid to use it. Lovely big bathroom, shower fantastic. Very comfy bed.

I can't live there...

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment smack bang in the centre of Margs. The apartment is set up for any length stay and walking distance to the main drag of Margret River.. The manager contacted me a couple of days before arriving to provide the bedding arrangements that suited me, check in is self service and as easy as it gets.. Very clean and well kept premises, I couldn't ask for more. I would happily live here if I could afford to... The staff went the extra mile for me after I left my phone charger in my room to make sure I could grab it when I passed through town again.. If looking for accommodation in Margret River that is self-contained, this is the place for you.

Was a little noisy, and curtains did not keep all the morning light out so was unable to sleep in.

The ground floor apartments have a courtyard and some of the rooms upstairs have a balcony but ours didn’t have anything. I was unaware of this at time of booking not sure if it was clear.

Good location. The kitchen was good although we didn’t use it. Heating was great worked well. Bed was comfortable.

The shower head needed replacing as there was little to no water pressure. Local traffic was quite loud, but that's not really too bad.

The spa bath was nice. Both balconies were very nice. Very local to everything. Didn't really hear the neighbours at all aside from walking up and down the stairs.

Property was well maintained. Parking was fantastic with dedicated lots for each apartment. Kitchenette was very well equipped as well

The main door opens from outside into the bedroom. It was a very cold wet weekend and a draft was blowing in around the door into the bedroom making the room cold. The balcony flooded a few times.

Great location in easy walk of the town located at the top of the hill. Loved the spa and balcony.

When we arrived at the location, the gate had been closed and “locked” with a sliding bolt from the inside, we could not open this gate from the outside so unfortunately we ended up having to piggy back one of our friends and she had to reach over the fence and open it. This was ok for us, but would have been extremely difficult for a solo traveller or elderly couple.

The location of this stay was amazing! It was very central, this made it easy to access restaraunts, beautiful walking trails and was a great middle point for our trip. It was also clean and quiet.
